I was sent the last galaxy 5000 flood…
I was sent the last galaxy 5000 flood light in the country, with missing adaptor and broken lights that?
Could not replace and I’d purchased a tripod which nothing else fits from another company. Very inconvenient, you’d think they’d check items before sending when not sealed.

They actually deliver to islands
Bought a Record Power bandsaw from here... A big, heavy, palletised thingy. It was my second attempt to buy one. I ordered one from another tools company offering "nationwide delivery"... Which is essential as I live on an island in the Hebrides (a bunch of jaggy rocks sticking out of the Atlantic next to Northwest Scotland).This other company took my money, held onto it for 4 days, then refunded it with an email saying "sorry, we couldn't get a cheap enough quote to transport your item".
Went to D&M tools, ordered the same thing, £18 delivery, no complaining, no excuses, no "oh, well, the shipping will be an extra £100" (like some places) & the saw appeared a few days later, right at the time they said it would arrive. 10/10 would recommend these guys if you live in the middle of nowhere.
If by some miracle I find room in my shed for a table saw or some other big heavy tool (fnarr), D&M will be my first click.

Excellent service!
I ordered a bandsaw at the best price I could find on the internet, plus it included free delivery, so I ordered it on Monday afternoon and it was delivered Tuesday morning! It doesn't get any better than that! For any other tool purchases D&M will be the first place I look.

Choice, Reliability and dependability
Negotiating websites can sometimes be annoying and frustrating but at D&M this is not the case. A very good website, competitive prices and reliable brands.
Once ordered, the communication is top drawer and the turnaround is as promised. Items always arrive well packaged and in the condition expected. A company which I return to again and again.
