I am novice at using the blutooth and car play and woven in with the original factory radio operation and these guys are responsive to every question I had and when I still had trouble the main person and his engineer did a video call to me in Beaumont Texas and helped me get everything lined out. I was impressed and I knew I had been asking a lot of questions but the 12.9 thin screen I upgraded in my 2018 Mercedes G63 is awesome, everyone that has seen it is impressed. DMP Car Design will do go above and beyond to make sure everything is operating perfect. Originally I bought a unit off Amazon and it was horrible with no support and I had to get Amazon to pay my money back through the Amazon Guarantee against CarScreenRefitTech. Dmp Car Design system uses original back up camera and mic for phone calls, it installed easily, the system from amazon had an extra box and did not connect true plug n play like this one.

Excellent customer service, had an issue with a MBZ I purchased had one of their head units in it. We exchange a few emails and they sent me software to upgrade the system and it worked like a champ! My thing was it was the weekend and they still answered my questions and got me up and running highly recommend!!!!

I bought a car with one of DMP’s screens and when I reached out for assistance, they said they will not help me because I didn’t purchase it directly from them. I will never support a business that doesn’t assist their customers with support on their products.

Spent 700€ on a screen that does not work for my car , sent it back and still didn’t get my refund after 7 months!! They keep finding excuses to not give me the money back, do not buy from them

The screen works fine on my car.
However their customer service is s**t!
They answer once a week if you are lucky, even then they are not helpful at all. I wrote to them 19.july and havnt had any help from them till today (6. august)

Excellent products at reasonable prices. I love the Android 12.3" screen for my Mercedes GLE 2018.

it is a scam they claim their product is genuine that is not even not the same size as the OEM
