fail

ordered on the 10th. Emailed on the 12th to say it was despatched. Nothing arrived, so on the 23rd I emailed to find out what was going on... Grady replied he would look into it. I emailed back a couple of days later as I'd heard nothing. No reply. Cancelled payment.

Give them a chance pls😊

I had a delayed order like some others on here, but managed to get hold of Grady on Discord - it turns out that DnDice is something of a one-person (and one-dog apparently!) operation, and said person was ill for some time at the beginning of the year and they're clearing the backlog as fast as they can. I've now received my order and hopefully normal service is resuming for everyone now.
If you speak to Grady, see if you can get a pic of Porridge, the very photogenic doggo ^_^

I loved the dice and I think they were…

I loved the dice and I think they were better in person than the photo of the maple syrup dice on the website showed.

More clear marketing images will make me more likely to rebuy, especially for ones on a whim rather than ones I knew I already wanted.

Order not received and no response from company

I ordered my dice on 16 January and received confirmation on 22 January that they'd been dispatched. I haven't received my order and have emailed the company 3 times to follow up and have not received a response. There's no other way to contact them but via email so I have no way of resolving my issue.

Nice dice, non existent customer service and slow postage

I've ordered the dice on the 17th of January.
On the 22nd I got an email the dice were posted
They arrived on the 29th, in the evening with a 24 h tracked label that was bought the day before (so it was posted on the 28th)

They sent an extra pack of dice, which is great, but they didn't answer not two emails I sent before, to know where the dice were.

It would be a 5 if it wasn't for the lack of customer service

Dice are really great

Dice are really great! I was going to deduct a star for how long it took to get to me but I feel it was just bad timing when ordering it. Communication from the business was good in resolving this.

2 weeks of no communication

I ordered 2 weeks ago and even accounting for bank holidays the only communication I've received has been my order confirmation. I've tried to contact twice in this time but heard nothing. So far I'm very disappointed

Mystery box Secret Santa Gift

Ordered the mystery box as a Secret Santa Gift for one of my Players. They loved that the box looked like a mimic the very nice dice sets and tray included (As well as the bags of Haribo).

Large delay, little communication

Edit January 2026: called up using the phone number hidden only on the mobile version of the website only to find out that they hadn't been sent out and now it's two weeks later and still nothing. Not ordering again from here.

Late delivery and poor service

I ordered my dice in June for next day special delivery, which didn't show up or get shipped on time because the shop owner was away and didn't sort their shop before leaving. That's fine, things happen. They say they'll send it out as soon as they're back, and they send it out a few days later. Eventually I do get my dice late, but they throw in a notebook out of goodwill. Fair enough.

However, there's several defects with the set. Bear in mind, they're metal dice, expensive, and an anniversary gift for my partner. I ask for a replacement just for the worst one, and get promised a replacement in early July. It is currently late October as I write this. I have followed up four times since being promised a replacement. I have not only been ghosted, but I haven't even received the replacement I was promised.

Won't be ordering from them again, which is a shame as most of their dice are lovely. I wish they had been honest instead of making promises they can't keep.

Edit Jan 2026: Still no dice, still no response.

Received partial order. No reply to queries

Quality of the received dice are amazing but the received package was missing half of my order. Attempted to chase up these issues via 3 separate emails accounts but have not received a reply on any of them. Disappointing as they are usually a lovely service

Edit- Received communication regarding the issues. As such I have amended my score to reflect the quality of the received dice.

Communication went dark after the previous message. Missing items have still not been sent out. According to received emails the items were missing as a result of low stock (which according to the email has since refreshed) and I would be updated as to their refreshing, this did not occur even after chasing up on my end. This was intended as a gift to someone but the date that I wished to hand it over has long since passed.
