DOABILITY, GOOD TO DEAL WITH

I wish to thank Doability for replacing a quite large accessory for my mobility scooter that I ordered about a month ago, which proved to be faulty. I found this company very good to deal with and have no hesitation in recommending them for their prompt attention and support.

Do Ability was fantastic

Do Ability was fantastic! I work at Ability Plus Disability Services after hours and we had an emergency with a participant's high low bed that could not wait till Monday. I spoke with Tom and he went above and beyond to try and solve the problem but in the end it was not able to be fixed. He then organised a rental bed to be delivered with a few hours. We will 100% use this company in the future.

Thank you to Tom for his time and effort.

Think twice

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I've received from Doability after purchasing a faulty product. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email to address the issue, I have been met with absolute silence.

The lack of response is not only unprofessional but also speaks volumes about the company's attitude towards its customers. It's disheartening to see a disability provider show such disregard for individuals who rely on their products for improved quality of life.

I initially had high hopes for the product, but its defects have rendered it useless, and the complete lack of communication from Doability has only exacerbated the frustration. It is unacceptable for a company to ignore customers who are seeking assistance with faulty products, especially when dealing with products designed for individuals with disabilities.

I had expected better from a company in this field, where empathy and understanding should be at the forefront. Unfortunately, Doability has failed miserably in this regard. I strongly caution anyone considering their products – if you encounter any issues, don't expect any help or even the courtesy of a response.

This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I will be actively discouraging others from trusting Doability based on their abysmal customer service. A company that cannot be bothered to respond to legitimate concerns does not deserve the trust and support of the disability community.

Stay away from this company!

Stay away from this company, I wish I had reviewed the comments before ordering. The postage was excessive, the item needed to be returned and I had to pay postage to return as they offered no return option that did not cost me. DO NOT USE THEM

This company is a fraud

.This company is a fraud. They take your money immediately & promise delivery on a certain date and then claimed they have no stock. Further they claim their supplier is short staffed and this will entail further delay of some “two or three weeks but maybe more”.
Now they won’t answer the phone.
Given most of their customers are elderly this corporate business model is disgusting.

The owner of the corporate seller apologised to me and agreed to provide a refund. They have not emailed me anything to that effect as promised but have instead sought to justify their deplorable conduct by blaming the logistics of transport which was an issue related to the covid pandemic some two (2) years ago.
Recovery action will commence tomorrow.

This is a terrible company to deal with

This is a terrible company to deal with. After 3 months I still don’t have the product I ordered and paid for. Getting answers from them is almost impossible. The staff you speak to are nice enough but 3 months for an ankle brace. I almost don’t need it now. Then they have sent it to the wrong address. So now I have to wait for it to be forwarded. I will never deal with them again, and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone considering purchasing anything.
