The company refused to refund illegaly charged ammount to my account. I paid w. debit card just translation of a single document, but the DocDoc company started to charge my account w. monthly subscription charges (which I discovered only after 2 months). The company agreed to refund the last payment (not processed to my account to this day), but refused to refund the first monthly "subscription" ammount (even I contacted them in this matter several times). I highly reccomend to avoid this service/company and definitely not provide any credit/debit card details.

Docdoc translate is a highly professional company. The service is second to none. Problems are solved the same half hour. I dealt with Lisa and the answers are given to me within minutes. Lisa solves the problem right away. No waiting, no I will get back to you. Thje understanding, the care, the devotion, we feel it all in the messages. Lisa, you are an Ace. Thanks for all your help. SURE IS RARE SERVICELIKE LISA GIVES.
