I need to be at home when my order arrives. I was told it was coming on Friday, so I waited. I was told on Saturday morning that it would be delivered on Saturday, so I waited in. On Saturday afternoon, the information changed to "no delivery date". I have called Dockers and I am told that it could take 2 days for the to get back to me with information - Terrible service !!!!

I ordered 2 different sized chinos and returned 1 pair. The chinos themselves are fantastic but 2 months on no refund ,tried to get in touch with customer service but can only get hold of the US which does not deal with or provide contact details for the EU. Would never order from the again not worth the hassle

Well I not sure where to start as this company is the worst I have ever experienced. I am not going to bore you with my DOCKERS story. Briefly I ordered nearly £400 worth and as work away home I asked them to deliver to my local store. After three weeks no items. Calling them was another joke IMPOSSIBLE! After nearly two months Eventually delivered 😄 they left the boxes outside a front door above the local store. I did some detective work and found them (very lucky)The products well as cheap and as awful you can get. I returned them. To date which is now three months they claiming they haven’t received them. After again numerous calls and painful emails. Hilariously only one item out of 8 was received when they were packed into two large bags. You’ve got them 😂😂. (Not so luck)

Bought dockers boots in store and they started to fall apart after first two weeks. Design was stunning, price quite big and quality horrible. Dissapointment

Dockers is quite simply the worst online retail experience I have ever had. I couldn’t begin to catalogue the problems I have encountered on two purchases in the last two weeks. From a telephone customer service number that does ofer you any options to speak to anyone and where the only option is to complete a questionnaire on your experience(!) to receiving emails saying my order didn’t go through and yet taking the money from my PayPal account. And then getting an email saying the goods are on the way (a week ago) with a delivery day (yesterday - they didn’t arrive of course) and when you enter the tracking number into the courier’s app, it says they’re waiting to receive the package from Dockers! Staggeringly incompetent and bordering on the fraudulent. If this were some small unknown retailer with no reputation, one might not be surprised by all this. But this is Dockers, virtually a household name in the US.

They don’t deserve to be in business.

My opinion is quite simple: awful. And it is based on the following:

I buy a Extra Slim Fit Pants and I got a Slim Tapered pants. Ok ok ok, a mistake can happen to anybody. But the "outstanding" thing is that they didn't allow me to return the pants / exchange them for the ones I do ordered.
