Very poor experience
Very poor experience. I requested two prescriptions. They promise to deliver next working day if you order before 5pm. One was actually delivered a full week later. The other changed from "three day" delivery to "currently unavailable".
Customer service is only by contact form, which they reply to 3 days later. Onboarding is difficult, and the app often refuses to recognise the health card to read a prescription.
The 20€ bonus for introducing a friend is difficult to use, because only certain products can be added to a basket.
I would not use this company again. They need to seriously up their game.

frustrating IT
cheap - but frustrating: shopping card not synced between browser and app though I was logged in with my account & voucher I had just obtained on their "lucky draw" wheel not accepted for a big order ... In the end I ordered nevertheless because I didn't want to start all over again for 14 items but I'll avoid that company in the future!

DocMorris work ethics
Work at Docmorris is very bad, they are very inconsidarate and when you need to go to the hospital because of an accident they fire you.
teamleader and managers are rude and don't care about you.
i would highly recommend to work somewhere else

20 euro coupons for friend referral are not working and it was more scam.
I transfer a few famaly members a referal codes but after a first order with prescription and no of us received coupons.
