South Lewisham Group practice uses this rubbish to-and-fro automated texting service to palm-off their patients who are supposed to read and respond 'yes/no' to umpteen texts as a replacement for a Doctor or Nurse. This is causing problems .. and meaning that people are put at risk because they have no idea what the next steps are. No longer are prescriptions being fulfilled either. The place is broken

Brilliant help from Doctaly in diagnosing my prostate cancer
My father died of prostate cancer aged 69 within 4 months. I tracked my PSA blood test count, had a booked PSA test cancelled in April 2020 due to pandemic. I requested a mp MRI scan but my GP refused, also refusing to refer me for a private mp MRI scan. I (only just!) decided to pursue a private mp MRI scan, but providers insisted on a GP referral. Then one mentioned 'try Doctaly'. Contacting was great, they used available technology, then a Doctaly GP called me with a telephone interview. Listening to my circumstances and family history, the Doctaly GP agreed to refer me privately to Vista Health for the mp MRI scan. Expecting it to be clear, the scan came back positive for a 6mm prostate cancer lesion, advising me to contact my own GP immediately. Box-ticking, my own GP PSA came back as 3.7 - NICE reduced the 'refer for physical examination' from 4.0 to 3.5 in 2018. My Urology physical examination came back - clear! They did not find the lesion, even though already diagnosed by the Doctaly scan. Once referred by my own GP to hospital, the NHS system kicked in and my treatment was - and still is - BRILLIANT. I was treated with Brachytherapy low dose radiation seeds on 12 April 2021 as - luckily - it had not spread outside the prostate in the Vista Health Doctaly scan. I researched and learned that both PSA count AND physical examination is not reliable for diagnosing prostate cancer. Only mp MRI scan was reliable in my case - thanks to decisions made by that Doctaly GP who phoned me in November 2020. Without that, I would most likely have more advanced mid-aggressive prostate cancer right now, maybe outside of the prostate. Whilst others say I was smart to push for a private scan, without Doctaly's intervention I may well have been in a bad place right now in 2023! My thanks and gratitude to Doctaly. Good to read they are working with our brilliant NHS to enhance the use of technology in treating and early diagnosis of all cancers and other diseases.
Easy to book
Easy to book, friendly doctor who was aware of my case.
Doctors listened
Very good customer service Doctors listen and take action.
Pretty Pointless and Expensive Referral
The caller (not sure if a doctor as nothing to indicate) was friendly enough, but it seemed a waste of time and money as the questions were like those you answer on a form in the moments before an appointment: Do you have piercings? (It’s an MRI), any allergies? What pain and where? Was onl trying to self refer to a scan clinic, and this mandatory pre-call felt like an add-on to sting me £75 for, especially for a private appointment that I am self-referring and paying for anyhow. Necessary evil, I guess, but at the end I didn’t even get an appointment, just a promise of a call for one. Given it’s already been 5 weeks, I won’t hold my breath.

Home Visit
The Dr called at the time which was agreed. listened to my problem, suggested various things which may help.
But advised that the best thing in my interest would be to arrange a "home visit" by my local GP.
Great service
Great service! Very friendly and knowledgeable Dr lady (Dr.Khan) over the phone regarding my pelvic MRI and a possible Mammogram. Got my MRI appointment with Vista H. No complaints.

Wonderful …
Wonderful to have someone on the phone that has time to listen
Shockingly scary
Didn't tell me his name or introduce himself as a GP
Listened and was non judgemental.
Didn't rush me.
Referred me for an appropriate investigation. However, works with Vista Health who wouldn't give me a copy of his referral despite me paying £75. I asked for his name and GMC number but was refused by Vista Health saying that it was in their terms and conditions. Referral not followed through with the recommended instructions.
I feel totally unsafe with this company and ceased my dealings with them before any more money changed hands. I asked Vista health for their list of radiologists but this was refused.
Very good service
Very good service. Spoke with a doctor and he listened to my concerns. And agreed a MRI would be a good start . Booked my MRI within a couple of hours of speaking with the doctor. Recommend this service to anyone
Self referred
Self referred, booked an appointment and spoken to a Doctor who agreed my referral for my MRI, all within 24 hours. Excellent service and communication. Private treatment at a 1/4 of the private price.
