I found Doctors formula by accident on a shopping channel but I`m so glad I did. I use the Marine Collagen serum, eye cream and moisturisers I subscribe to Doctorsformula throught the company and don`t see myself changing at any time in the future

I placed an order on August 23, and it never arrived. My experience has been very bad, as I've sent numerous emails asking for a solution and haven't received a response.

Poor customer service
I ordered moisturiser over 2 weeks ago & I am still waiting for item to be dispatched. Website states 1-3 day delivery!?! I have contacted them via website and email but have received nothing back. Payment was taken straight away but still no delivery. Won’t be using again.

I bought this thinking it was elemis
I bought this thinking it was elemis. But it isn't. However, I have been using the product for a few days. And I have to say it is lovely. It smells nice and leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturised.i am very happy with my purchase. And I have to say I have noticed less wrinkles.
