I was recommended to contact docs on…
I was recommended to contact docs on wheels in order to get a form D1 completed so that I could get category C1 back on my driving licence. After paying the fee and having the medical examination I discovered on the government website that the DVLA no longer except medical reports generated by Doctors on Wheels.
I consider that they acted illegally and immorally

'Good morning Steve,
I have just seen your review of our services and I would like to clarify a few things:
The service that we provide is by no means illegal and consequently not immoral. The operation has been checked by our legal representatives and they are happy in the way that we are conducting our business.
This then begs the question why the DVLA have that statement on their website? Again our legal representatives cannot believe the approach the DVLA are taking citing the fact that DVLA have no legal right not to accept a properly completed D4 medical form completed by a representative of Doctors On Wheels Ltd.
Our legal team have formally asked the DVLA twice to provide their legal right to refuse a medical from us and neither time they have been able to do so. This has prompted a formal complaint by us which is currently pending a reply.
This brings us onto the way your medical was conducted. I trust that you have no issue in the way the doctor conducted himself and that you are satisfied the D4 form was completed accurately?
The doctor is not employed by Doctors On Wheels Ltd so acts independently, so all our job is to administer the booking.
The doctor would have stamped the form with his own stamp so there would be no reference to Doctors On Wheels Ltd at all on your D4 form.
Because there is no reference to Doctors On Wheels on the form the DVLA will not reject it.
In fact I had a medical myself and it was stamped as Doctors On Wheels and this was not rejected.
As you can see the DVLA are putting us in a very disadvantaged position and as far as we can see have no legal basis to do so. You have cited us as ignoring the law but maybe after getting some of our side of the story, your view may change as to who are the wrong doers?
This whole issue has a very complex and interesting back story which I am sure will become public knowledge in time.
Please submit your form and if it is rejected we will gladly refund it but I am sure it will not be.
If you do have any issues with the conduct of the doctor then please do not hesitate to let me know and I will look into it.
If after you have read this you feel you need to edit your review that would be greatly appreciated.'

Unfortunately my daughter was taken in…
Unfortunately my daughter was taken in for a major operation a day before my medical. Tried to reschedule my medical and wasn't allowed. I appreciate doctors are paid, but maybe it would be best to include a cancellation fee, rather than lose 100%.
Offered to send letter from hospital to prove her operation, but the sales adviser on the phone couldn't care a less.
Poor attitude and would prefer to pay the extra and use a GP.

Cost me time & money !
Cost me time & money !. Had medical booked . They informed on the day before my medical was booked that they could not proceed with my booking . This cost me weeks off my taxi badge application, now i have ended up going to another medical company that had there medical report rejected .. now im left with my d#ck swinging in the wind of nothingness .

Also had my D4 rejected by DVLA
Also had my D4 rejected by DVLA , emailed twice to recover my fee to the email address on the notification page. Received no response or refund. I will be contacting the GMC to report the Doctor involved.
It actually isn’t about the money it concerns me how many medically unfit drivers you have passed fit to drive are on the road!!

As a Driver Training Company
As a Driver Training Company, we have used Doctors on Wheels for all of our client companies' candidates for many years. Now their medicals have been rejected by the DVLA, we have a lot of candidates who's D4's have been rejected. When trying to email the address shown on their web page for refunds, the email bounces back as email address unavailable. Absolutely shocking given the amount of business we have put their way over the years.

I have just had my licence documents…
I have just had my licence documents returned to me from the DVLA, as I have just found out from them that Doctors on wheels are under investigation by Trading Standards and DVLA,and I don't think that I will get my £61 back from Doctors on wheels, and my licence runs out midnight on the 1st July.

I honestly wouldn't give them any stars! Cowboys, currently under investigation by trading standards. I found this, to my cost when DVLA, returned my licence application, keeping me off the road, for over a week.
