My visit today was very nice It was helpful Easy to maneuver through And I love not having to get up and go to the doctor's office The doctor was informative Easy to talk to Cook to the point And made it very Penis I would recommend the service to anybody that has a doctor's appointment It eliminates going to the office Exposing yourself to other infections End all around trip that's usually miserable and that no one wants to do This is a Wonderful idea And I'm 100% for it Thank you so much

Exceptional experience

Exceptional experience. the AI portion was wonderful. The doctor was knowledgeable, professional, and very nice. Yes, I said nice because I don't know about other folks but I've run into some MDs who were just downright nasty. This doctor understood my problem. When my insurance balked at the prescription Micah, my patient advocate, from Doctronic worked to resolve it. The business model at Doctronic is efficient and easy on the patient. No stress.

My first dr visit here and the…

My first dr visit here and the preliminary discovery and Dr visit were very seamless and efficient. I had symptoms keeping me up all through the night and needed a dr visit through the night and discovered this Dr group where I could speak with a Dr 24/7. It was a great experience, as the Dr was personable, professional, and efficient. I will definitely be using this service again as out-of-pocket expense reasonable. Thank you!

Doctronic knows how to interview a patient.

I didn't have to repeat or clarify any questions, and the answers I received were very clear. All questions I was asked were also clear , concise, and relevant. I was asked if I wanted further advice rather than having to read pages of stuff I don't care about to find what I needed, and was offered supplemental information in areas I hadn't thought of. This was far more productive than my last several doctor visits.

Thank You so very much! It was like I pay for a Dr here out of pocket, or pay for the meds out of pocket. I didn’t have enough for both, I couldn’t breathe, the phlegm in my lungs was terrible. I couldn’t get sleep. Between the meds and the visit, was only a total 140, with out you helping me with just a 39 dollar visit instead of a 150 dollar visit, I was able to afford both. Thank you, it feel like the Dr saved my life.

AI Doctor 8th wonder Of the World , AI the first wonder Doctor to get it right the first time .

Everything I've explained, was everything I have been trying to explain to numerous er doctors over a period of time. No one really cared! AI doctor, I'm truly satisfied because I know in my heart this here information is correct it's exactly what I kinda thought however I'm not a doctor or dermatologist. I just knew what my body was telling me . The amazing help and questions in simple English( not medical jargon )made it easier to establish a commited sense of what my response should be for the orientation of the question. Our responses back and Forwarded is exactly what has been missing, in medical real time diagnosis., my experience with my doctors over the years had motivated me to take a training curriculum too, I know because I have always been good at receiving information from my body do the research and then go to doctors, they often in my experience listen a little but not entirely...i also participated in a two -year technical program as a licensed and bonded PCT. so I know very little but enough to know when to go see a physician or stay home test more water , simple cream or supplement...

Now this amazing on the mark AI doctor is going to change everything I think in medical diagnosis as an advanced assessment before treatments....thank whoever so brightly created such a great opportunity...please keep it going ...

So after the most recent review they…refunded

So after the most recent review they did give me a refund. I had used some kind of email ad they sent me. The whole thing seemed very confused. The ad said something about a regular place to go like family medicine and being home being Sunday I figured I had time to fill things out.

I spent a long time filling things out. Even when, almost done, it asked me to fill it out all over AGAIN. I have a complicated history and the only iffy medication is gabapentin - for a well studied leg neuropathy and some back fractures i am fighting and just a neurologist for this week. Theyre “pathological” fractures due to osteoporosis they found on a recent se a bone scan. I am 59, male , active thin etc.

So i take that one instead of pain pills. Works for me. One time, last time doctronic filled it. Fast convenient. Asked a few questions but I was asked last time. Not this time. He opened the visit by saying the company does not fill gabapentin anymore. I wish they did, but he said they do not. Company’s and clinics can do as they see fit.

My issue was I don’t know how many times I said that this was the main purpose of my visit. AND I even had to repeat it all for reasons unknown. But I am not out and was just preparing and thought using them would be great like the previous time.

I also wasn’t planning on an urgent care visit. It just said at the end if I wanted they had someone available. Sure. I was home.

But I wasn’t doing an urgent care visit- or so I thought.

Now , again it is their perogative to do as they see fit. I am a PA myself looking more for some privacy and convenience and my clinic knows everything i take and my history. I have an extensive heart history and I tell them up front so they know. But I do fine. And I take that one.

How easy, if it is a company policy, to have this in the algorithm like I said and just tell us “Thank you for exploring doctronic but since you have listed this in your request that we have adopted a new policy not to prescribe gabapentin in this format. “. Simple and done Other meds like blood pressure meds providers will often refill those for 6 months to a year but we are a little more cautious with meds like gabapentin. Thats all. Understandable. Just don’t make me or others go through so much to have it be no before I even get there.

In my emailed “plan” after the visit I got a note for work For what? I wasn’t sick. Why would I have a work note. This is odd too borders on fraudulent. And it says we discussed alot. ALOT. We discussed nothing !
Appreciate the refund. But buyer beware. Just weird all around

I’ll let it go. Just felt almost dirty. 2 stars for the refund
