This is a terrible company. My husband used the service for 2 years. He paid £180 in May for a further year and within two months their website stopped working. Despite emails and calls no refund has been made. Absolutely disgusting to take money from people provide no service and refuse to give money back.
This is a big con.
They are apparently winding down and owe people thousands. I think if you are one owed money it will be history.
Loads of social media on how they have cheated people since their system went down in June 2023...
Has anyone managed to get any refund?
Signed up last November 2022 to their annual membership and since the whole site crashed in July, I have been emailing them constantly asking for an update or a refund the 6 months of not having the service they promised. Still nothing and now they don’t even bother sending a reply to the emails. What a waste of time and money!
Over promise under deliver.
Site has been down 4 months with no clear communication on when it will be up again. Over the 4 months I have been told repetitively that it will working next week, guess what it is still down, that was 4 months ago when I was first told this.
Signed up in July had to chase for log in details. Finally got an email back saying they were having tech difficulties which I accepted and continued to wait a while. I've now asked twice for a refund and I don't even get an answer to the emails. Avoid
I have been trying to contact the team for the last three days with the login issue but no response from the team. Sent email after email to resolve this issue but no one has responded.
