I have never received my prodcut, they never answered my emails.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the other low reviews as to LACK OF customer service. Though most concerning is the lack of ingredient listing on product pages & labelling for all products, specifically Herbal Fusion Pet Clear (surely this is against the law??). I queried via email, no response, waited days, left a VM, no response. I wanted to be able to rule out any ingredient that could be aiding in my dogs serious health decline over the last 6 months, as specialists vets cannot determine her concerns. After years of using this product (that used to list the ingredients in its old packaging under a diffetent owner) I have stopped using it as ingredients could be harmful (even 'natural' ingredients can be harmful). What is Dogeria hiding? Professional & customer contact goes a long way in relieving owners concerns. It's not rocket science!

I have used this company for around 5 years and never had an issue. But when I did have a problem I realised that the customer service I’d non existent. No response to emails, phone calls or text messages. Even though I could see they had been read. It’s a shame as this really lets them down. Some customer training needed to sort this out

Stock a good range of products and the UK distributor for “sagewash” which is without doubt the best product on the market for what it does. Always had quick delivery from them too. HOWEVER, when there is an issue there customer service is non existent, no response to anything
