Excellent service

Excellent service. At the valuation David gave detailed honest advice with regards to the local market and our house. Following this we managed to sell our house quickly & at a price we were more than happy with. The girls in the office provided us with great feedback on all our viewings and kept us up to date with how the solicitors were getting on. Absolutely first class service, it felt like they truly cared about us & our move, would suggest you wouldnt get a better service anywhere else

Hard to deal with

As a buyer, tried to contact them about more than one property to offer a price but they never phoned me back or replied to my email query. On one occasion I emailed them several times about a property, only to get a reply a couple of weeks later to say it was now sold.
Seen property’s sell for less than I was happy to offer, if only they’d advertise it for long enough or be so difficult to contact.
Can’t imagine the sellers got there money’s worth on these occasions.
