Avoid: No Support When Problems Occur

Booking split into multiple payments, including commission. When issue arose, they refused assistance and directed to airline.

Refund process impossible due to payment structure differences.

Avoid — book directly with airline or reliable platform.

When you book through a Dohop‑powered platform, each flight is sold directly by the airlines. This means each airline has its own rules for refunds, changes, and cancellations. The separate charges you saw are normal, because every airline charges for its own ticket, while the Dohop service fee is only for using our booking system.

The Dohop service fee cannot be refunded once your flights are successfully booked. This is because our job—putting the flights together and processing the booking—has already been completed.

About assistance:

1. Extra protection for missed connections, new flights, hotels, or other help is only included if ConnectSure is purchased.

2. If a booking does not include ConnectSure, we cannot provide this coverage, and the traveler is responsible for buying any replacement flights.

We believe this clears up any confusion and also gives other customers reading your feedback the clarity they need to stay properly informed.

I accidentally bought a ticket with a…

I accidentally bought a ticket with a connection in the UK without having a UK visa. I called customer support, got through in five minutes, and within another ten minutes they processed a refund for my ticket. I honestly didn’t expect that level of service from EasyJet.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would not use the word accidentally, because that was not an accident. It is an oiled system from Dohop and Easyjet to trick you to click on something you do not need and make you pay money.
As soon as I realised it, a few minutes later, and got straight in touch with the customer service, I asked to cancel the policy as I did not want it.
The used the "the policy says" you can cancel the policy within 14 days of your booking but within 2 days of your travels. I booked today a flight for tomorrow.
I have not forgotten my booking, I did not change my mind, the money probably did not even reach Dohop and they have already "the policy says"-ed me.
Terrible customer service.
I hope I do not need to deal with them ever again.

I was having so much trouble of getting…

I was having so much trouble of getting my wizzair cancelled flight to be changed to the date I wanted. As I was not the owner of the booking, Dohop needed to manage this, but they didn't. This eventually lead me to book another flight by myself and I lost the opportunity to reschedule my flight.

Check who they are before using

Really really poor and misleading company.
They are not Easyjet but allude to being easyjet.
Customer service is non exist when they mess up your booking.
Will NEVER use them again.

Great support

I am really quite happy that I paid extra to insure my self-transfer EasyJet journey via Dohop. There have been multiple changes on the route already, and the most recent one put the second leg of my journey before the first leg. Dohop resolved everything for me with no fuss, promptly and politely. I cannot imagine how stressed out I would have been had I not gone with them.

I had a time change from easyyet for my flight. But my connection was now too long in-between so I called DoHop to change it for free. They were super helpful and I got my connection flight changed for free without paying extra.
