I accidentally bought a ticket with a connection in the UK without having a UK visa. I called customer support, got through in five minutes, and within another ten minutes they processed a refund for my ticket. I honestly didn’t expect that level of service from EasyJet.

I would not use the word accidentally, because that was not an accident. It is an oiled system from Dohop and Easyjet to trick you to click on something you do not need and make you pay money.
As soon as I realised it, a few minutes later, and got straight in touch with the customer service, I asked to cancel the policy as I did not want it.
The used the "the policy says" you can cancel the policy within 14 days of your booking but within 2 days of your travels. I booked today a flight for tomorrow.
I have not forgotten my booking, I did not change my mind, the money probably did not even reach Dohop and they have already "the policy says"-ed me.
Terrible customer service.
I hope I do not need to deal with them ever again.

I was having so much trouble of getting my wizzair cancelled flight to be changed to the date I wanted. As I was not the owner of the booking, Dohop needed to manage this, but they didn't. This eventually lead me to book another flight by myself and I lost the opportunity to reschedule my flight.

They are not Easyjet but allude to being easyjet.
Customer service is non exist when they mess up your booking.
Will NEVER use them again.

I am really quite happy that I paid extra to insure my self-transfer EasyJet journey via Dohop. There have been multiple changes on the route already, and the most recent one put the second leg of my journey before the first leg. Dohop resolved everything for me with no fuss, promptly and politely. I cannot imagine how stressed out I would have been had I not gone with them.

I had a time change from easyyet for my flight. But my connection was now too long in-between so I called DoHop to change it for free. They were super helpful and I got my connection flight changed for free without paying extra.
