I feel completely misled by this service.
I paid €29 for what I believed was an online consultation and prescription process for a common allergy medication. After the doctor approved my request, I was surprised to receive another payment request for €67.95.
At no point was it clear to me that I would end up paying nearly €100 in total for a consultation and a Dymista nasal spray. The follow-up email did not even clearly explain what the additional €67.95 charge was for.
As someone who already pays a very high monthly health insurance premium in the Netherlands, this experience feels extremely disappointing and poor value for money.
The medical approval was fast, but the pricing was not transparent enough. I would strongly advise future customers to carefully check all costs before paying for a consultation.

When ordering from the Netherlands, our platform indicates during the questionnaire that the online consultation costs €29. It also explains that, after medical approval, the order is forwarded to our partner pharmacy service, BlueClinic, for fulfillment of the prescribed medication. The additional charge relates to the cost of the medication provided by the pharmacy.
