Shoes were shipped quickly within a couple of weeks. They were sale and discounted but they are not what is claimed. They are cheap Chinese shoes like you find on Temu/Shein/AliExpress. I'm not knocking those, but this is advertised as bespoke Italian designer leather dress shoes and they are not! The leather is fake, I mean basically plastic. They also have a horrible chemical smell. The design is accurate from the pictures but the metal toe caps are also plastic. I imagine returning is impossible so I'm struck with some very poorly made plastic shoes. Do not pay £80/90 for these, they're not worth it.

I ordered my shoes on December 27. I got a confirmation # and an order # . I got several emails saying that my order was on its way . No tracking number. Weeks later a email said they would be delivered any day . That was January 6. I’ve emailed several times with no response. I believe this is a fraud.

Shoes took a long time to arrive. Ordered the correct size, but these are way to big and they smell like petroleum. Asked for refund and there email asked me to choose another shoe from their collection...not interested. I would avoid using this company!

Shoes took a while to arrive, but worth the wait. Fit well, good construction, and very stylish. Hope others have as good an experience as I have had. Would order again.

Before I placed my shoe order, I asked if they used Canada Post for delivery. I explained that Canada Post is currently on strike. They assured me that they would use alternate end-route courier. So, I placed my order. Two days later, they emailed me again, asking me to either cancel my order for a refund, or keep my order open until after the CPC Strike ended. Before I could respond, DolaShoes cancelled my order, and refunded me the full U.S. amount, but the exchange rate changed, meaning that I lost $8.05 CAD, for nothing, no product, just for placing an order. When I asked about that, they told me THEN, that they made an error, and that my adddress still relies on Canada Post. They should have known that from the begining, so that a potential customer does not incur charges, for just placing an order, for an issue that was based on their incorrect information. They explained to me that this is just the way it is. I would have been impressed, and remained their future customer, with a small 3% Off coupon to cover my loss, as a Customer Retention method. I have learned about the Business World today.

Absolute drop shipping liars. Arrived of low quality, a copy of the original design which I can not find. When it arrived, leather work was garbage, the tips of the shoe were not even the same design. To top it off it came with information from the other business Aomishoes. They must have forgot what company they were pretending to be today. Also every shoe imaged searched can be reverse found on Ebay from China. Their whole "Italian shoes" bio lies. An absolute waste.

Their web site might say "Shoes from Italy" but make no mistake, this is a drop shipping operation.

Their product is all shipping from China!!!

Misleading! Misrepresentation! Fraud!!!
