I am very disappointment with an experience during my recent visit to the Dolfinarium. The shows in total were low quality, the sound was not good, some shows were under the direct sun, and we were boiling with no shade. And other shows like the one you see in the picture, you are far away from the activity. Main show: Despite arriving exactly at 3:30 PM for the main show, the door was already closed, and we were not allowed entry.
This caused my daughter significant distress, as she was eagerly anticipating the show.
The information provided did not indicate that we needed to arrive earlier, and the staff did not mention this requirement either when entering. and when i reported this, they just didn't care, what a shame.
This park could easily be a run-in, if everything in the park was clean and open, half the restaurants were closed and the ones that were open were also dirty, everything is done in Dutch, if you want tourists, you have to use English instead.
the animals are well looked after and they are skilled.
but the overall impression of the park is not worth €20, therefore only 1 star.
