Interest rates charged are way too high

i have never dealt with a company that i can say who deals with you as a person not a number.. fantastic job to all and everyone have a good new year.. you will be the only ones in times of need i will deal with thank you for making me feel like a person.

The title says it all really!

Applied online, uploaded my bank statements and was approved the same day. Funds were directly deposited into my bank account the next morning. Re-payment was simple, the funds were debited from my account the morning of my next payday. I've been satisfied with the services thus far, no complaints :)

It was hard to find and apply. When trying to find answers to my questions I would rate you poor. But the good thing was you gave me a loan. I hope this helps.

I thought that the Govt of Canada allows us to borrow up to three times, and we have a choice on 3 payments installments... plus, should be like loan express same day pay, and email transfer as well !

I find your service easy to use. I like that clients who pay on time and are repeat customers get a discount...I feel it could be higher.

They are quick. They are easy to deal with online. I like that I don't have to worry about having to stay awake and getting papers together & going down to an office when I work graveyards. What I don't like is that if you take a loan and you have to wait for the deposit for whatever reason they say it gets deposited into your account on whatever date and then they deposit it early and it messes you up budget wise :(

I applied for my loan on a weekend and by Monday morning the money was in my account. Of course, I am dismayed at the interest rate, but service is excellent.

It think it is awesome that you offer discounts for customer loyalty.

I have dealt with dollars direct for 4 mths now and have recieved nothing but outstanding customer service and quick respone to all inquiries.

Sometimes it would be nice to pick your loan amount. So based on your income they should give a low, mid and high ranges to choose from as sometimes you may need more than what they are offering or maybe you don't need as much and you make take a lesser amount. Another keep point is I find that the responses I get they don't really know your details and responding incorrectly. I have had to respond back several times after getting a response to my question to make corrections to their assumptions.
