The website display we can refinance the final instalment but I am a member for more than 4 years I don't have that option. I always pay my loan on time and sometimes has problem to pay the final instalment which is usually a large payment . Without the refinance if the last instalment is a bit of problem for me

Hello, I would like to thank the deals direct team for their prompt professional service . Loan application was simple and funds were in the next day ( due to missing the 2:30 pm deadline).
The only thing I would hope dollars direct to seriously consider changing is the $400 fee. I understand,along with interest charged , that's how the company makes its money. But lowering these costs will definitely generate a lot more customer interest and increased word of mouth advertising, resulting in higher turn over , massive client base and most importantly, the company will be viewed by the public as a lender who is not a money grabber ( high fees and charges), but as a profitable compassionate lender who is there for all people who may need a loan every now and then when funds are already over stretched in their daily lives .
Thank you for your assistance and I will definitely recommend dollars direct to all I know .👍
