I paid for express delivery but had to chase to find out why it hadn't shipped in the expected timeframe. When I eventually received my order, it was not the same material or pattern that had been in the picture from which my order. When raised, was offered a 10% refund and would not refund more. Dreadful - do not trust what you order.

I ordered a jumpsuit. The first thing you need to know is that it will take about a month to receive your order. These clothes are coming from China. The description of the jumpsuit said it was velvet, it isn't. It's some kind of cheap polyester etc. I assumed it wasn't really velvet but they still shouldn't say it's velvet. The jumpsuit is okay. It's not great. It's not horrible. Just okay. But I paid way too much for okay. I don't think I would buy from this site again.

I skeptically placed an order with dollsrock.com. There are so many scam sites I was reluctant to order but based on several reviews here I decided to give it a shot. I surprisingly received exactly what I saw on the website and the quality of the items was good. I ordered a top, a sweater, and a hair piece. I will most likely order from them again, but just a little at a time because I am sure if I receive an inferior product it would most like be near impossible to get my money back and too expensive to return. It did take between 3 and 4 weeks to receive my items but that was not too surprising based on where the items came from.

I ordered a 2xl and it fit like a XS. I tried to send back for bigger size or refund. They told me I had to pay to ship back to China or they could refund me 10% of what I paid for it (over $138). They are a scam because the coat did not even have a size label inside. They just sent me anything. Terrible. Dont buy from DollsRock and definitely not from China! im going to spread this warning around all over the internet. They should not treat their customers like this.

These boho-style earrings are my new favorite! They're lightweight and simple enough for daily wear, but still have a unique look that gets compliments.

This denim jumpsuit is a winner! It's flattering and super comfortable. Even after washing, it kept its shape perfectly.

I just love the graphic on this sweatshirt! The inside is super soft, and it has a great relaxed fit. I can tell I'm going to live in this.

I ordered a pair of pants from Dolls Rock after seeing a professional-looking photo that turned out to be stolen from a legitimate GUESS campaign. What I received was nothing like the image — a poor quality knockoff made with cheap materials, completely different in style and fit.

This company is misleading customers by using fake product images and delivering low-quality imitations. I have requested a refund and will be pursuing a chargeback through my bank. Avoid Dolls Rock if you value your time and money — it’s not worth the risk.

I received my order within 20 days after ordering, and I have ordered other items from other items from DollsRock and never had an issue. Plus, on the size you have to go up in size, that is what I did when I ordered my items. I have no negative comment for this company, as I have not had an bad experience. When and if I do I will update the information here. But so far y clothing are great, material is linen, my PJ are amazing. Thank you Dollsrock for great service.

I ordered a jacket over $100 CA on April 23, 2025. I still do not have it. They won’t refund my money and keep telling me it’s on the way. There is no tracking for it and I’ve sent over 30 emails they just repeat the same bullshit. I hate thieves, Dollsrock is a piece of shit. Hope you burn in hell. Don’t ever order from these disgusting thieves.

I sent for a dress paid £67.58 on 8th December 2024...as of today 2nd March I have not recieved the dress. I have sent 10 emails starting 6th January - 13th Februray 2025 they just kept asking me to wait when I finally said no I wanted a full refund and I would report then to my credit card company
they stopped replying to me. Please just Do Not buy any goods from them it is a scam. They advertise on Pinterest I have tried to alert them but they make it incredibly difficult for anyone to make a report. I could not submit a report because the url address of dolls rock was not recognised.. so could not take this any further with Pinterest they continue to allow them to advertise on their platform shame on you.
