I can’t believe there are so many bad reviews! I have purchased from here for a long time now. Haven’t had a bad experience with any orders! Their products are good quality, and reasonably priced. Their customer service is exceptional. Super friendly and very helpful. 10/10 for me 😊

Purchased from DGF a few times and have been disappointed with the experience most of the time.

My first experience, one product I was very happy with, but the other item I was disappointed in the quality and fit. DGF does not allow for refunds, ONLY exchanges or credit notes which have an expiration date of just 3 months.

I tried to find clothing items to buy using the credit note before it "expired," but I found most clothes were consistently sold out in my size, which made the experience more difficult.

Another order, I bought several clothing pieces, but I did not receive any of them but an email stating my items "has failed the Quality Control Process and is considered faulty." I now have another credit note which will expire in 3 months.

I definitely think DGF has nice clothing pieces and the quality is usually great, a lot of the material is very good and not cheap or tacky feeling. However, as I have been consistently disappointed with my experience I doubt I will ever shop here again.

I'm a repeat customer and any time I've had issues (not that I've had many) they've been quick to respond and happy to correct the issue. Love that everything is reasonably priced too. Highly recommend!

I know everybody has a different experience when shopping online, but everything in my order was perfect. For what I paid for my items, the quality is equivalent. I needed some help before purchasing so I contacted them via facebook and spoke to one of the customer representatives who was super helpful and fast with responding. Delivery was super fast and the customer service girl was really nice and attentive to my 100 questions. Will definitely keep shopping here xx

Disappointed

Received a garment for a wedding, long jumpsuit with both legs split. The description stated 'partially lined', as you would assume this would just mean partially lined.. but what DGF customer service believe this means is lined with a bodysuit that comes 2 or so cm down the leg also you can actually see it in certain stances with the leg split.
i emailed them explaining how the lined bodysuit is to short for my body creating a camel toe look and it looked terrible, requested a refund. They wanted photos to approve the refund (because i love sending photos of my camel toe?!), they didn't believe i was adequate for a refund so only issuing a store credit. Made me feel like i was lying and belittled! will not be ordering again, very cheap clothing. you pay for what you get!

The sizing is completely inaccurate definitely recommend sizing up..

They get one star only because I can’t give zero. My package never arrived and they decided that I can’t be conpensated for my missing package, there goes $100. Money hungry, greedy, disrespectful company. Not to mention they take there sweet a** time to reply.. So disappointed.

Wouldn't even give 1 star for the quality i was paying for ! Absolutely sadden by the clothing i received , looks like cheap ratty clothing from China , never ordering from here again....

The stuff is cheap not worth the money spent on it and does not look like the outfits in the photos. They also have no review option on the actual website cause they know what they would be dealing with... If you want to return they of course don't give you your money back and instead give you store credit which is bs cause why would someone unhappy with all their items want store credit?

bought from here twice now: once when i was scrambling last minute for a formal dress and went to Hipster, a store at my local shopping centre, that stocks clothing from Dollygirlfashion. though the material was cheap the dress cost 50 and looked fine. the other day i ordered a dress online this time again for a formal, and was surprised to wake next morning to its delivery - did not ask for express either! it fits and looks fine this time as well. altogether i am happy with Dollygirlfashion and will be buying from it in the future

Recently ordered a jumper from them and when I received the jumper it was already stained and had uncontrollably amounts of hair and fluff coming off the jumper. Messaged them about the emails and told me it’s got pretty much nothing to do with them and to only cold wash this item...
so horrified.
I have spent so much money with this company and absolutely appalled with customer service.

The other items I bought I was extrememly happy with but the way they deal with their customer complaints is terrible.

Ordered here for my first time from the US and I was worried sizing would be wrong or material wouldn't be great but I was surprised. Everything fit me great and I love everything I ordered!! Would recommend shopping here.

by far the most unproffesional site i have ever ordered from. The customer service is the worst customer service , their extremly in - considerate and the products arent the best quality. Purchased 6 items , spent over a 100 , nothing fit and they did not understand . Refused to give me an exhange / refund . The pictures look so different to what they do in real life . Never shopping with them again .

Would never buy from here again. Paid $50 for a bikini and it’s arrived without any hygiene tag and with a foul smell. When I asked to return for a refund the manager said he checked all items that are dispatched and therefore was not true. Disgusting customer service, never again!

As with others, the negative reviews Dollygirl received made me somewhat hesitant to order but I was pleasantly surprised overall. The shipping was phenomenally fast! I placed my order on Saturday and received my package on Wednesday - considering I live in Canada, that is pretty impressive. Additionally, there was no duty owing on my order which I was quite surprised by - I'm not entirely sure how this is determined by customs, but given my order was over $160, I expected to owe something. Is the quality of the clothing amazing? No, of course not - you're not paying these kind of prices and receiving outstanding product. Is the quality in line with the cost? Absolutely, if not a bit better in my opinion. Overall, the material is nicer than I expected, but perhaps the finishes could have a bit more attention (i.e. button holes having loose thread). I think my biggest complaint would be that I don't think the clothing was truly represented on the website. I'm a fairly tall individual (5"9) so I am always careful about length, I made sure to check the model stats to see where the dresses I was buying would fall - I would say one is much much shorter than expected (not entirely sure I will actually be able to wear it), and one is a very awkward not quite maxi, not quite midi length that I will definitely be getting hemmed a bit. Other than that, I found the measurements to be accurate for determining size.

To be fair, the majority of the negative reviews on here are to do with returns and credits. While I don't believe in the practice of retailers only offering a credit and not a full refund, given I was ordering this to Canada, I was never expecting to pay to ship any of the items I ordered back to Australia anyways.

Definitely would order again.

The bad reviews put me off, I ordered anyway and the process was faultless. I was sent email updates, a tracking number and my order arrived on the Gold Coast within 2 days.

There seems to be a problem with the website so I ordered on my phone and it was perfect.
