I love there pjs and dresses. Had sok many for my daughter keep coming back! Fantastic quality. Only thing i wouldnt buy again is the sleepsuits as the preas studs between legs are weird dont follow like normal ones do and always pops open so i didnt buy again. Other than that love everything else!

I am very happy with the product i have received however i originally placed my order which included blankets and cycling shorts sets. About 4 days later my order was cancelled so i re ordered. Again around 4 days later the order was cancelled. I then re ordered the blankets only which were delivered. If there was a stock issue then fine but no reason was given and my whole order was cancelled plus the stock was still showing as available. Just think the process could be better

I was really looking forward to…
I was really looking forward to receiving my order, but when it arrived, the parcel was damaged and several items were consequently missing. They’ve refused to give me a refund so now I’m at a financial loss and without items I was hoping would be lovely birthday presents. I’ve tried to dispute it and politely ask for a refund, but it’s been declined

We're really sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially as the items were intended as birthday presents.
We can confirm that we have received and responded to your emails regarding this matter. As explained in our previous correspondence, your order was placed through TikTok Shop, meaning TikTok was responsible for shipping your parcel, and unfortunately, the damage occurred during transit.
As TikTok handled the shipping and delivery of your order, any refund or dispute relating to items missing due to damage in transit must be raised directly through TikTok Shop, as they are responsible for investigating these claims. We're sorry this has affected your shopping experience with us and hope you understand that the shipping issue was outside of our control. 💗
