cheap products, cheap customer no support

very cheap domotics home automation shop. you pay less, you get less.
communication SOLELY in french - even if they have websites in different languages and deliver across europe.
emails to customers are simply EMPTY - you need to go to the website and found out yourself what message / RMA / whatever they are communicating. So you just get a notification SOMETHING is up, but you figure out what.
bought some zigbee buttons that did not work, I could send them back but for the love of God - i have no idea if i will get my money back, when, why, - just no idea and they are not helping me. Lucky is was only 20 euro, but still.

I am currently evaluating this company…

I am currently evaluating this company as a potential supplier, and unfortunately, I am not impressed. Two out of the three products in my order arrived in poor condition, with visible cuts and broken packaging.

I initially requested a return for one item, and while I eventually received a response after a delay, the company has gone completely silent since I asked to add a second defective item to the claim. I am still waiting for a resolution.
