This company is trash and the biggest scam I've ever met. I ordered a watch back in OCTOBER 2020 and till this day I have not received the watch or an email indicting it's been "shipped". I've reached out to them via email and Instagram and never was told anything other than "it's a presale order". DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I can't stress this enough. I wish I could write reviews on them everyday to warn people how horrible they are. You've been warned.

I purchased the watch last year December but it has not been refunded. They are stating they have but they can’t give me enough evidence to ask PayPal if they really refunded or not. All I want to know is transaction ID.

Giant scam! I got an email saying it had been shipped but the shipping tracker never updated (like for weeks). It was in the early days of COVID when all shipping was super delayed so I tried to be patient and understanding. When I finally reached out, they said the item was out of stock & asked if I’d like something else that was available to ship immediately. I declined for like 3 months before I finally just asked for one of the watches they said was in stock. They responded to ask if my address was the same and that’s the last I heard from them.

To add insult to injury, their ads continued to show up on social media. Also, whenever I tried to search for their insta by the name that came up on their ads in my feed it would bring me to a page whose most recent post was many months prior. But the ads in my feed were posted within the last couple of days. Very screwy, and also, screw this company.

It’s been like a year and a half since I placed my order and I’m still livid whenever I think of it.

If you can afford a splurge, I found a similar style from a company I highly recommend: Nordgreen. It was more expensive than this fake ass company, but well worth it. I started saving for the Unika as soon as I discovered it. And, through the company’s Giving Back Program they direct a portion of your sales to your chosen charity - you get to enter the serial # on your watch and select the charity on their website. (This is not by any means a paid promo lol I just really loved this experience after having a terrible one with Domeni.)

Still waiting for my refund... It's been 1.5years

In the meantime have lodged ANOTHER COMPLAINT to econsumer.gov

I placed an order 8/21 and have yet to find out the tracking #. I have emailed 2 different times with no response even though the website claims email is answered 24/7.

SCAM ALERT! Would give zero stars if it was possible! Bought a watch that was for “presale” in December 2020. Never received any email of when it would be shipped. It’s July 2021 now! and continues to have an Instagram for his fake company where people are seeing his watches and wanting to purchase them.

**update: funny how I posted this review last night and they finally responded to my email today from last year (12/25/2020) regarding the watch I bought. They asked if my shipping address is the same. YES, it has never changed!!

its a straight up scam. Ordered a watch in January, never received it and my bank did nothing to help. please don't order from these clowns.

The worst company I have dealt with to date. Its the biggest scam. They charge you for a preordered item and then leave you hanging forever with no end in sight. They take your money and there is absolutely no communication regarding when/IF the order will be delivered. It takes months to get anyone from their customer service to even reply to your countless emails. At this point I have spent months begging for my refund and have yet to receive it. I cannot believe their instagram is still active- will be reporting their account ASAP.

Purchased watch online back in SEPT 2020 and have yet to receive the watches nor my refund. Been in contact with one person via text message and they keep saying that they are working on a refund. I am still yet to hear from Domeni, i get a promising email back. but then they disappear again? whats going on? i know we are going through testing times. but this there is a limit to how badly you treat your customers.

This company is a fraud. Do not purchase. You will not get ordered item nor your money back. Thieves.

I previously wrote a review regarding this company in the hope that I would finally get a response and my refund, however, as usual they didn’t. Lies upon lies claiming to chase up the order and issue me a refund and I’m fed up now. It has been nearly 8 months now and I’m still waiting. I’m disgusted with the lack of response from this company and the fact they have been scamming others too with nothing to say for themselves! I won’t stop till I have received my refund! Beware, do NOT buy from this company, they’ll just steal your money and never send you the product! It’s best to shop from elsewhere. Heartless company!

AWFUL ! Never received my order !! After writing a lot of e mail I never have any answer back!! Ask for a refund and they never did it!! They steal my money and other customer too!!

I bought my watch in September of 2020.. have yet to receive it. They were sort of responsive at the beginning when I would reach out to ask about when I would receive my watch, but they would never have an answer. I have reached out to them 8 other times now with absolutely no response - with two of those times asking for a refund. Do not buy from them unless you would like to give away your money for nothing in return, and then be ignored.

I ordered an item on August 17, 2020 and have not received any deliver or refund. I have sent many eamils but got 2 replies from them. Both were same comments, they would check my order and get back to me but never received any emails after that. Now I have requested a refund and waited their answer. It is not hopeful but I won't give up!

I paid $250 for my wife's watch. It was never delivered and they shipped to the wrong address. I was reaching out to them to make this right for a year now and would never ask anyone to order from this scam company.

I made a purchase back in 2019 but did not receive any update on my watch. After going back and forth for a few months asking them when it would be shipped, I gave up and asked for a refund. They cancelled my order and I thought that would be the end of it. However, I realised that no money was refunded. I honestly think they were hoping that I would not check my card statements and just assume in good faith that they refunded my money. It has been so tiring and frustrating to ask for an update on my refund because of their patronising replies and they would just go round and round without doing anything actually. I ended up messaging the founder directly on Instagram to which he actually replied a few months later that he just found out about my case and would get it fixed personally as it is not a testimony to his character. It definitely sounded very genuine but to my disappointment, nothing was done! This was back in late 2020. Anyway, after pestering them AGAIN earlier this month, I finally got some money back (yes, the refund is not even in full..... and I am currently waiting for them to resolve the remaining amount). They have also since limited the comment section on Instagram and even though they are not active in posting, their website is still fully functional and running promotions.
