Dominic Bray is an exceptional man; a brilliant surgeon whose passion for his art and compassion for people shine in equal measure. He is a lovely person who genuinely cares. When we first met, he told me I wasn’t ready for a deep plane facelift - a testament to his honesty and integrity. But I knew then and there that when I was ready, he was the only one I wanted to do my facelift. So 5 years later, I went back. I was SO nervous at my first consultation. I really felt deeply unhappy with my appearance but at the same time ashamed of feeling that way. But he listened to me with the utmost kindness and made me feel safe and heard. Throughout the whole of my facelift journey, I could not have been better cared for. His whole team are lovely and the aftercare support was first class. A year on, I am absolutely thrilled with my results and grateful beyond words to Dominic and his team for everything. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Dominic performed a full face and neck lift on me three years ago and the effects were and are still amazing. Minimal scarring and an extremely natural result. Dominic is a highly skilled, specialist cosmetic surgeon, who gave me my confidence back. In fact, my facial symmetry is better than in my youth. Highly recommended, ethical and trusted surgeon.

I suffered terrible tinnitus and facial asymmetry a few months after the surgery with Bray. First, I naively went to ask him to help me with revision and being referred to an ENT specialist. Not only did Bray and his staff, fiercely told me to get lost and claimed I was 'harassing' them and threatened to report me for harassment and blackmail to the Police, but Bray also wrote a letter to my GP, behind my back in which he claimed that I was mentally ill and not to bother treating me. Thank God, my Gp, being an honest doctor full of integrity told me what Bray had told him about me.

I just love this man, he told me I would hate him after a few days 🤣 never, he has literally changed my life. I researched so many people before coming across this angel. No holding back, tells you exactly how it is, I’m super super super happy, all I can say is I was so unhappy for so long and had so many consultations and just thought “nope” no way, I thought I would never be confident to go forward but I did , with him, he’s amazing, no regrets, and his team are just ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ be guided by your gut feeling, mine has always paid off.

Utterly brilliant! The man is a genius. I had my surgery 3 months ago after a friend took the plunge and transformed her look and life. I wish I had gone to him years ago. No he’s not the cheapest but he is definitely up there with the worlds best. You pay for what you get and I am so happy. Jowls are gone, wrinkly buzzard neck is gone, downturned mouth is gone, eye bags are gone. It’s all gone and I am thrilled. You look like an alien for a while and then the bruises start but time slips away and you look better and better every day. The care shown by everyone at the clinic in Tunbridge Wells is second to none with fantastic aftercare. Best thing I ever did.

I booked consultations with 6 surgeons for my surgery, Dominic was the 3rd on the list and after I`d seen him I cancelled the other 3. I cannot rate him highly enough.
I thought I would wait a year before reviewing, as things can go wrong or the initial miraculous jawline slowly disappears. Nah, it`s still there, tighter than a violinists bow.
The moment you walk into Azara you are treated like you`re the only person that matters, everything is exceptional - the clinic, the ambience, the team and of course the man himself. I had an initial phone conversation with Darren, Dominic`s extremely personable PA, which filled me with positivity and things progressed from there. The consultation was informative and in-depth and every question I had was answered with patience and clarity. I knew this was the man I was going to trust with changing how I felt about myself. And he did a great job of doing so. People can see the difference physically, but they can`t see what he does to the inside of your head. I feel like I'm no longer invisible and my confidence is 100%.
I was looked after so well and the aftercare doesn`t stop a week or so post surgery, it`s ongoing. Dominic and his team were in touch every day for weeks, asking for photos and updates.
Obviously Dominic is the main man, but he wouldn`t be where he is without the team of people he has. Darren, Linda, Jilly, Rebecca - everybody - was amazing. The journey from start to finish was a positive one and I cannot thank them all enough. These people changed my life and you can`t get better than that!!!! I will never go to anyone else going forwards.

Dominic Bray is the worst surgeon I have come across.



The whole procedure was a real traumatic nightmare.

I wished I had done more research into Dominic Bray, rather than let myself be fooled by all his surreal Instagram pictures.
I had a terrible time at Azara house in the hands of Bray and his staff. I paid Dominic Bray for a deep plane facelift to reduce early signs of jowling. He was very keen on taking my money. He seemed to have an issue with my buccal fat pads and thought my face was too full. I repeatedly told him that I liked the fullness and not to touch my buccal fat pads. I also spoke to Darren about not wanting my buccal fat pads removed. Other good ethical surgeons had told me that my submandibular glands were a bit enlarged. I asked Bray to debulk my submandibular glands during my facelift procedure to achieve the look I had paid for.

Dominic Bray di not do what he was paid to do. He did as he wished. He removed my buccal fat pads but did not touch my submandibular glands. As a result of this, I was very disappointed with my post-op results. Bray had gone ahead without my consent and permission to remove my buccal fat pads, yet he failed to remove my submandibular glands which I paid him to do.
When I challenged him, he became very rude and dismissive. I asked him for a revision which he refused. I asked for a partial refund as I was not happy with my result. His surgery made me look older and gaunt and the skin around my jawline were not tightened as the submandibular glands were too enlarged.

I felt like Bray has robbed me. I tried to do a chargeback to get some of my money, but Bray fought me tooth and nail. He is a very nasty greedy person who deserves a lot of bad karma coming his way.

The stay at Azara was horrible. His staff forced pills down my throat. The heating was switched off at night as his staff told me, to save on energy bills and I had no food to eat until I went home the next day. The washing machine was left on all night as the night nurse has to do the laundry too. Bray has my money, but the pain and suffering he has caused me will echo in eternity.
Now I have to spend thousands of pounds to rectify the damage he has caused to my face.
