Might be the specific branch but I wont be recommending this. We ordered pizzas for a celebration and ended up with just noodles on our plates. We ordered and paid in advance for their delivery but they confirmed days after that they don't have the flavor that we ordered...

Domino Pizza - Crystal Palace

Many years ago I bought a pizza from Dominos and was not too impress, so never really sort to order from them again. But a few weeks ago I decided to try them, and was very impressed!!!
Not only with how easy it was to place the order online, but how quickly they delivered I like the way you can track the whole process, from where they create you pizza to the cooing to the delivery - love it. The courier was very nice, and the quality of the pizza was very good, it looked very nice and did not taste rushed and the the chicken wings where enjoyed. I will be ordering from them again very soon, they have become my go to for pizzas now. keep up the good work !!! ;-)

Bad food and horrible customer service

The pizza was burned and the toppings were all rotten. Overcharged us When we called up to complain the female cashier started yelling at us. We couldn't believe how bad the place is. Dirty, filthy and the bathroom stinks. Later we discovered that she had been fraudulently charging our credit card. Stay away from this hell hole.

My 18 year old daughter works at a…
My 18 year old daughter works at a local branch of Domino's and herself and other members of staff have now told them they are refusing to work at this time as they are all crowded together. It would appear that no branch of Domino's has enough room for their staff to work at a safe distance from each other. McDonalds and other fast food outlets have done the responsible thing and closed for this reason so why aren't Domino's? Instead they are practically bribing people to use them. Great that they are giving free pizzas to the NHS but are NHS staff aware of the conditions Domino's staff are working in? Take away pizza is a luxury, not an essential. I am proud that my daughter and some of her colleagues have shown integrity and I would ask that you all do the same. This is again unnecessary potential pressure on the NHS.

I would score a zero if I could!!

It would a zero, if there was an option. I've ordered from this resturant (Meir Heath, Stoke On Trent) twice now in 6 months. On both occasions the service and experience has been terrible. The recommended delivery times on their website is rubbish. On the second occasion the time was estimated to be 24-35 minutes. It took over an hour. The delivery driver had no idea where he was going. The pizza arrived cold. This happened on both attempts to order. I will be no longer ordering from here

Daylight robbery! Paid for pizzas but shop would not serve!

Ordered Pizzas online and paid via Apple Pay 40 minutes before collection and upon arrival no Pizzas were ready. The staff at the Longfield, Kent branch where we were collecting our order said no booking had been received even though we showed them the booking confirmation! They would not serve our order unless we made a new order and paid again!
I then spoke to Domino's customer service who were very unhelpful and said they had received the order but had failed to pass it on to the Longfield branch. They too said that we had to reorder and pay again even though they could see that payment had been made!
We left empty handed refusing to pay twice for something!!

Ridiculously expensive and poor service.

First time ordering Domino’s Pizza after much pestering from the children as we received a flyer through the door. Our local branch is Rossendale. Before even mentioning the food and customer service I need to address the cost. Three 7” pizzas, one 9” pizza, two 12” pizzas, a portion of hot wings, chicken strips and two portions of wedges was a ridiculous £63 and that was with 40% off. Daylight robbery for posh cheese in toast (£4.95 for one small portion of potato wedges FFS!!!)
The order arrived within the hour but was missing a pizza and children’s chicken strip meal. Phoned to complain and received a “sorry, we’ll get them to you straight away.” Thirty minutes later the missing items arrived by which time the rest of the family had finished eating leaving my wife and youngest child eating separately. Also no freebies or discount for our inconvenience, very poor. As for the food the only one of our family who was impressed with the quality of the pizza was my eldest son. The rest of us thought the food mediocre and that we had had better pizza from other local takeaways and ASDAs fresh pizzas. “Too tomatoey” was the phrase my youngest came out with and I have to agree.
We’ve tried it once and never again. Had better pizza at a much cheaper price. Surprised the company is still in business charging what they do and with poor customer service to boot.

Complete and utter theft.

So I paid for my pizza in cash, the order being £31.42 and I paid £41.42 to ensure that I would get £10 back in change/notes. So the driver saw that I gave him 2 twenty pound notes and some change - I know he noticed because I highlighted that they are 2 scottish twenty pound notes, he acknowledged that.

The man went back to his car, got in his car and drove off and I am still standing there in my door way, waiting and baffled. I had assumed he went back to his car to get some change or something, but he just drove off without saying anything.

I've called the Emerson Green branch of Domino's and the lady tried to give me back what the driver had taken in "vouchers", I informed her that I would like my cash back as I do not think I will be ordering from that branch of domino's again - there have been far too many order mishaps where they delivered things like chicken kickers as opposed to the garlic pizza break - that's a huge difference and I've let it slide one to many times.

I'm absolutely done with Emerson Green's Domino's Pizza and would absolutely love it if I could have my £10 change as expected in cash; they've promised someone would be over today to return to me my money and it is now approaching the end of the day. I am tired of this terrible service and while it isn't the lady on the phone's fault, that driver needs to be sacked because he knew exactly what he was doing and we have CCTV around our home to prove that it was premeditated.

Update: Domino's had said they would send a person over with a full refund and have promised it several days in a row, but no one has come and I am pretty much just done with ordering from Emerson's Green Domino's, every person that I have spoken to since has no idea about this full refund that was promised by a manager and the message delivered by one of the other members of staff. So no £10 refund that was the very least I wanted back and no full refund which they promised. Lies upon lies.

Bad experiences with hoddesdon dominos pizza

The last 3 times we have ordered from hoddesdon dominos we have been so disappointed with the condition and state of the food on arrival and all they can do is offer us a free pizza next time also when we receive this free pizza there has been problems with it each time like today we order half and half with bbq base but got all the same pizza with tomato base and then we have to argue with the manager to even get anything done about it then after about 10 to 15 mins he decides to send us out another pizza tells us he will call us when the driver leaves the shop but didn't also they owe us a large garlic and herb dip from our last order what we was ment to get today but didn't not ordering from them again unless they sort them selves out also when the driver got here we had a look at the pizza at the door it was a mess in the box and all he could do is come out with silly excuses as to how this could of happened

I don't know why this is happening to us because we have ordered from them quite a few times before and the food was good before but not anymore
