From the excellent packaging and keeping you informed of your delivery and most of all top quality meat and ready meals, I will continue to shop with them for their top quality meats. I’ve been a customer for a number of years which means I’m totally happy with DonaldRussell - but lately when the brochures/catalogues were stopped I find it more of an ordeal working through the online platform. Also in Sept an item was missed from my order and it took a few attempts to have my phone call answered. Eventually I had it reported and agreed on a refund on my Nov order. I’ve been trying for 3 days to talk to someone to confirm this refund is in place but have given up after many attempts to get through! However the quality of the meat is excellent so I will keep ordering and hopefully soon be a whizz at trolling through their site.

I buy Donald Russell products when they're on special promotions, or occasionally just for a treat. They always arrive beautifully packed and exactly on time. Always very good, reliable quality meat, and i often refer to the booklet you once sent me listing recommended cooking times. Looking forward to starting into my latest delivery.

I highly recommend Donald Russell I have already secured my Christmas delivery and will be using them again and again and when they have their deals they are great value for money.

I haven't yet tried my latest order of sirloin steaks, but in the past they were excellent. The alpine fries were delicious, and I know we can always rely on good quality meat and service from Donald Russell. If bought when on offer the meat is not expensive, and is reliably good.
