Do not buy from this company . Been completely ripped off. Ignoring all emails. And won’t give me a refund. Hope they go bust.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. I paid extra for quick delivery weeks ago and when I chased up my order they emailed telling me my order had been shipped. When I track my order it tells me that my item has still not been shipped. I asked for a full refund, then they emailed saying they would refund my money at the end of the week if items still hadn’t been shipped. Now they are not replying to emails, have not delivered goods or refunded my money. I have reported them to trading standards who are looking into the company.

Don’t buy from this company

I purchased a cardigan and sweater. Had to chase items a few weeks after ordering. The cardigan arrived a few weeks later but I have still not received the sweater despite numerous emails to chase. I have asked for a refund and my emails are now being ignored. I would not trust this company.

Excellent quality products

I bought two sweaters and both came nicely packaged and were excellent quality. The animal print long sweater is my new favorite and fits perfectly; however, the white sweater that was advertised as oversized does not fit as advertised. It does not fit as shown but it is a great quality sweater and I do wear it. It just isn’t what I expected. Otherwise I’d give 5 stars.

This is a fradulent company

This is a fradulent company. They make you use Paypal so you have a difficult time getting your money back if you return the clothing items. The clothes were nothing like the pictures, and when I went to return the clothes the company refused the package. Now, I just want my money returned to me. I will NEVER use this company again!! I am going to report them to Paypal and the Better Business Bureau.
