I have previously used and liked these sheets, they dissolve well, smell good without being overpowering and wash well . BUT having to wait for weeks for the next delivery is very disruptive. I've been waiting 3 weeks now..... and have had to buy other brands to use in the meantime.

I would say these are ok. There is absolutely no scent I can detect. I actually don’t like this, but others might. They won’t remove stains, even though I always use a minimum of 2 sheets. I like the idea of laundry sheets but not these ones. I’ve been using them for about 6 months, but won’t buy again.

There seems to be some confusion as to where these detergent sheets are made, it's China. These sheets can be bought through Amazon where it clearly states the country of origin is China. Something not made clear by the company.

We have a septic tank, and so have to be careful about what household cleaners we use. I’ve tried quite a few eco laundry products, but Donieli comes out top. It even produces better cleaning results than I’ve had from some biological laundry detergents, and I have the satisfaction of knowing that I’m doing my little bit for the planet. And it’s remarkably economic with a repeat order subscription.

Speedy delivery and good price for buying in quantity

These sheets clean very well and do not leave residue. I have tried various providers over the years and am very happy to have found ones that work well, are eco-friendly in terms of packaging and are produced in Yorkshire! A pleasant bonus is their responsiveness and level of customer service. I had trouble logging into my subscription, and they immediately offered support in a friendly way. I exchanged emails with Julie, who promptly sorted my issue.
It feels great to be using an effective, eco-friendly product that is made in the UK and receive such good service from a local person. When I go through the laundry aisles in supermarkets, I am shocked that we continue to waste so much on plastic packaging and moving liquids around.

It would be great to see a carbon footprint comparison of sheets versus the standard supermarket offering.....

I'm really pleased with this product; usually, I'm not a fan of fragrances, but this one is pleasantly subtle. Regarding the subscription service, I would appreciate having the flexibility to set the delivery timing according to my needs. The second pack arrived too soon, as I haven't finished the first one yet, so an 8-month interval would suit me better than the current 4-month schedule.

Love these sheets. Bought a second batch just they came in a little stiffer than the first like drier. Anyway still using and still plan to use them not to much fragrance which I like. They are perfect.

I've experimented with many laundry sheets, and these are the most impressive ones I've discovered. They're from a UK-based company, which is a bonus. Although I wish they'd manufacture locally instead of in China, which is why I gave them 4 stars, their customer service is excellent.

Ordered laundry sheets 16 December

Received 19 December
and emailed customer service to say the perfume gave me a coughing fit as soon as I opened the outer plastic mail-packaging bag.

Since then I’ve had email after email from them NOT giving me what I need, NOT giving me a refund - instead quibbling about how I can get a return label, which they emailed me AFTER I’d said I DON’T HAVE A PRINTER + requested a QR code if possible.
I just have to assume their customer service is an AI not a human.

Appalling service and I still have to keep these (triple-bagged) horrid smelly things in my home till they actually provide a way of returning them.

Washes well. No sensitive skin issues. Much better for the environment than liquid detergent which comes in plastic bottles and is heavy to transport.
