In order to ensure the best possible safety (burn injuries, protection against overheating, etc.), the massager was programmed in this way. That's why the warmth can only be felt very slightly and only sets in after a certain amount of time. But the heat works without actively perceiving it.

An excellent device
This device is excellent. Over the years I've had many massages and I would say this almost eliminates the need. I tried a cheaper version some months ago but this is far superior.

Excellent massager
I have stiff neck and back pain,so was looking for a suitable massager for a long time. When I found neck and shoulder massager from Donnerberg brand I decided to buy it strait away as the description sounded just right! It arrived quickly in a well packed box,looked very slick and it was easy to start using it.It has 3 speeds,vibration and slightly warms up.The power of kneading is quite strong (just what I needed) if you hold the straps tight,but you can make it weaker by easing the pressure of holding.Since then I showed it to my collegues and two of them bought it.The massager is a bit pricey,but it is asolutely worth it.I greatly recommend it to everybody,who wants to buy a good quality massager.
