Superb Customer Service and Beautiful Jewelry
What made my experience so great is their outstanding customer service.
They’ve got great marketing for one, fine jewelry, kind, patient and helpful associates who take time to help you find what you are looking for.
I took a ride to their Indio location right before Mothers Day.
They were having a special promotion and I was notified by Stephanie via text message, as I had inquired about something online that I liked and gave my phone number to receive text messages.
I was looking for a special necklace for my mom who is very picky. It makes it hard to shop for someone when they find something wrong with everything, or they don’t use whatever you’ve gifted them in the past.
I had been asking my mom what she wanted, in terms of jewelry.
We discussed a 22” length gold necklace chain, and it seemed like it was something she liked.
While this promotion captured my attention, that you could be financed for your purchase and if you spent $99.00 you would also get a bouquet of flowers and a Gift Certificate for dinner at a local Mexican restaurant. (Casa Mendoza)
So flowers, dinner and jewelry for my mom, that’s a fantastic deal.
I did purchase a 22” tri gold chain with a pretty pendant that had flowers in tri color gold, in a heart shape that said “Mom” in the middle.
And I also purchased something for myself. I’ve been wanting to get some gold cross earrings that I can wear daily.
I was able to get financed with zero interest and a low payment.
They’ve got a wonderful selection, something for everyone.
They’re amazing!
I highly recommend you visit one of their stores, in Indio or in Coachella.
