Awful. Used to love the app and no it’s completely unusable

Dismal. The redesign has rendered Doodle all but unusable. I could tell you at least ten other people who also loathe it. We happily used it as a group for years. Not any more.

used faithfully in the past, but alas no more. Its user functionality has gone, and been replaced advertising pop ups. I'll sadly be popping elsewhere in future :-(

Doodle made a HUGE mistake getting rid of every poll option except calendars. I used to be able to gather student choices for chapters, books, room-sharing and any number of other options but now doodle only allows calendar scheduling. Will this deletion of a broader application you have now deleted this years-loyal customer. Good-bye Doodle.

Why on earth can't I as an organizer set my votes freely? Why must they be 'Yes' on all the options? Not only do I want to be able to select "If need be" for some, I want to be able to set "No", too! What if I am organizing a series of events and some can happen without me? Or what if I simply want to make the poll systematic, e.g. "every Monday for the next two months" - it is much clearer to have all the options a week apart with some "No"s from me, than to have unintuitive holes in the poll!
How do you manage to take such a simple tool and make it completely unusable? That is some achievement, really.

Doodle poll used to be so useful and intuitive. It is now neither and
frustrating glitches and formats make it unusable. It’s easier to revert to an email listing dates!

It used to be so simple. Easy to use and simple to view. Not anymore. Find an alternative. The updated app is terrible.

We used to have a simple to use app for people to let us know what activities they could attend and it is now impossible to use.

I really hate the new doodle!!!!! I can no longer see my calendar when I answer a doodle and I creating a poll is hopeless now.

The new format is a disaster. It was a simple, effective tool. No longer. I am looking for an alternative.

In German it’s called “Verschlimmbesserung”; worsening improvement.

Used to be really straightforward and worked. Now it's worse than useless causing friction in the groups I'm in that are trying to use it. WhatsApp should come up with their own version, then it would be game over.
Anyone know an alternative?

Good apps. For publishers and advertisers.

The new doodle is awful! It’s super confusing and so bad on the feature side, I just want a simple tool - and it used to be great, but is so bad now! And annoying you can’t pick a month view anymore and neither change the dates I myself can participate in if I made the poll!

WOW, who at Doodle thought the new version was a good idea? They've managed to ruin an excellent tool. I'll definitely be looking for an alternative.

I never write reviews but the updated doodle is terrible, it used to be my go to for arranging anything and everything but the new version is beyond useless.

Doodle used to be great, now unfathomably dreadful. Very disappointed by the recent update

Why fix something that isn't broken?! I used to be able to type in the times I need and now there's only a drag down feature. What if I don't want my available times to be in 15 minute increments? What if I want 10 minute increments? What if I don't want a 30 minute meeting, but multiple 10-20 minute options? Those options are no longer available. But hey, I guess you get what you pay for.

Years ago, it was a fantastic tool - even at a good price.
And you could also choose the version in your own language such as danish.
Now it's a lousy tool - at a much higher price.
Fewer features and options and poor overview.
WHY ???

What have they done to Doodle Poll?! It’s awful! It took me ages to work out what to do and when I had set it up I actually couldn’t fathom the results! Definitely will be looking for an alternative as anything has to be better than this!
