I have ordered an entire entry system for a commercial premises. The entire process from start to finish was simple straight forward and Kev really knows his stuff. I have no issue recommending this company. I sent him photos, he designed the entry system and mailed it to me. Installation was straightforward and Kev answered emails within minutes. A 5 star experience. Yes no phone assistance but email assistance was spot on.

This company supplied me with a door entry kit which I fitted for a customer - Citizens Advice as it happens!
I had problems with SR2 device initially, which settled down after resetting it twice.
The door lock failed after a week of operating correctly so I tried to contact Door Entry Online Limited to ask about a replacement. Despite my emailing them, Ive had no response, yet they tell you to email them before returning faulty items. Don't even try calling them; the phone number constantly rings out and eventually cuts off!
I'm totally disgusted with the lack of assistance from this company and would urge fellow contractors and individuals alike, to think twice before using them! I've since opened the lock up and found one of the soldered connections from the coil had failed. The wire is too short and under too much strain which most likely caused the issue in the first place! Replacement ordered from TLC an excellent company!
