This company is a scam, ordered a black doorhandle for next day delivery. Nothing turned up, sent several emails requesting a refund but no response. 2 weeks later now have to file a claim through credit card company. Avoid at all cost.
I’ve ordered 3 x with this company door handles and every time stock has been shipped and never arrives. They say they change courier and the same thing happens.
Shipping is tagged as NBD and tracking via ‘shop’ always shows as ready to be shipped and never changes.
When you contact them they are pleasant & apologetic and confirm stock has been shipped and is with the courier but then nothing arrives.
I ordered a 3rd time a different handle (as they were the only vendor that had it) after emailing & receiving confirmation that they had 10 left in stock but unfortunately it was the same pattern of disappointment and customer chasing and they had confirmed shipment on 11/7… somewhere in between stock allocation > warehouse > shipment > courier there is a significant problem!! They tell me this doesn’t usually happen but I’m done! Never again ordering from this vendor.
I bought 1 pair of handles to see what theyre like before buying for all 10 doors, Paid for next day delivery, after chasing it for 5 days they finally made contact and stated it'd be with me in 10 working days, absolutely appalling company and customer service, glad I only bought 1. Wish I'd have seen reviews beforehand.
I ordered on their eBay store. Item didn't arrive. I contacted twice. No replies. Useless seller. AVOID.
I am grateful for this lock/knob set. It is was the most economical choice as I was renovating my house. The quality, however, surprised me. The polished brass is a beautiful goldtone color. Furthermore, it is sturdy and it was not too difficult to install. My father helped me out and it took under 30 minutes to assemble. He didn't even use the instructions, but they are there for reference. It was pretty straightforward. Highly recommended!
