Appreciate a hassle free refund but would have rather had the product or at the very least an explaination. Shame, won’t bother with them again

So annoyed, I wish I had bought these in a store.
2 of my handles broke before they could be fitted, and my carpenter said to be gentle with them, because they could break with slight force.
The locks were very cheap versions of the ones that were in the pictures online that I ordered.
I have been emailing and trying to call since 25th May, I had an answer once, who said that wasn't his department but he would send my email on.
I have furnished every door in my house with these handles, so I can't complete a door because they won't get back to me. I also will need to pay for my carpenter (£130 a day!) to come back for another day to sort the final handles, and fit the correct locks....once I have them/ if I ever get them!!
Have emailed the company numerous times to request copy of invoice but no one bothers to respond. If you try to call them you only ever get a voice message.

Ordered 5 interior door sets and one front door set, handles, stainless roller hinges, and latches. Delivered promptly, well packed, competitively priced plus 10% discount as I spent over £100. Very happy.

No news from the Company. Cannot contact them by phone only email when querying order.
