We had our door sets fitted about 4 years ago and I must say that we never had an issue. They don't require high maintenance and they look as if we bought them yesterday. We always got compliments from friends and family, and we recommend them all the time.

Good company to work with. The products are German, and this speaks for itself. Prices are higher than the British market, but they are reasonable, considering the quality.

Very impressed with how they dealt with my order. Initially, after reading some negative reviews that I found online, I was very concerned about my order, especially because at that time, the 50% deposit was already paid. It is true that there were many positive reviews as well, but you know, I always tend to believe the negative ones more. I can't claim everything went without a hitch because my order was a little delayed, primarily due to the transit company. They sent me the emails from the conversations they had with them because I had assumed that the paperwork problems with customs were an excuse. Apart from this minor issue they really did a great job, the communication was very friendly , and they replied promptly to all my emails. The doors are amazing and the guys who fit them were very professional and polite as they cleaned up after themselves.

Doing a great job and providing lots of useful suggestions. We bought a new build 3-bedroom house but I was unhappy with the look and quality of the doors, so decided to change all of them. It turned out to be a very good idea and investment. We first had some trouble with the measurements because there was a misunderstanding between my builder and doors4uk's engineer, but it was sorted once I arranged for a site visit. The doors look great and give our home a high luxury feel.

We had a pair of bespoke soundproof French doors supplied by Doors4UK. Could not be happier with the quality of the product however it took ages to arrive. Don't get me wrong, the updates team did a great job, and I was always kept in the loop regarding the order's progress, but I was so eager for these to arrive that the 15-week wait felt like an eternity.

Delighted with our new bespoke door. We needed a waterproof door for our swimming pool area and they had several options. They could do glass and wood as well. Initially, we were thinking of a wooden one but when we visited their showroom, we change our mind and went for glass instead. Really happy we did that because we are having a lot of light coming through the door. They did an amazing job from the initial consultation stage to the final fitting. Would thoroughly recommend it.

I wanted a custom door with a particular size and design. I started my online research, and I sent my enquiry to several companies but none of them were able to provide a H2734mm glass door with the pattern I was looking for. I was going to give up my search and tried to find another solution for my opening but then, while on Facebook I've seen an ad from Doors4UK, and I gave them a call. They took all the details and sent me a quote the same day. I was amazed by their quick answer and their professionalism. Honestly, the quote was high, but they managed to manufacture the door I was looking for and it worth every penny. The installation team was very good and tidy as well. I used doors4uk for our home refurbishment. We needed a partition downstairs and 3 door upstairs. We purchased wooden doors for the bedrooms, one glass door for our ensuite and an aluminium-style partition. My husband and I are happy with the results: however, the process has been quite a long one. We were aware that the lead time for the wooden doors was up to 18 weeks and that wasn't a problem for us, but we didn't realise at the time that the frame of the ensuite door was wood as well. So, we had to wait about 16 weeks to finally fit the glass door, which came in about 6 weeks. They have always been extremely professional, even when we got a bit impatient. We have now all the doors installed, and we completed the refurbishment as well. The door look amazing, and the waiting time is definitely worth it.

I'd want to thank the whole team for my lovely door. It wasn't cheap, but you receive an amazing service, and the product is fair value for money in my opinion. Eduard thoroughly clarified my alternatives and provided me with all technical information during his initial survey. The Ana provided excellent guidance on the type of door, design and finish and the fitting team, John and Nelu were great installers who completed everything to a very high standard.

We are really happy with the new door and frame that were installed last week. We were pleased with Doors4UK's service in every way, starting from the initial quote and ending with installation. Customer service was friendly and helpful.

I have collaborated with them for many of my projects and I am familiar with their way to operate and all the procedures. I know that the products they provide are all bespoke and custom made, and this may involve delays that are not entirely in their control. Although Eduard might be a little challenging to work with, he is extremely knowledgeable and there is no technical question he doesn't know the answer to. He always maintained his calm on the days I was under a lot of stress and pressure, and I want to thank him for that. He always brought all the projects over the finish line regardless of any obstacles we faced. I have already recommended them to multiple people and will keep doing so.

Just had our new German door installed today and it looks great. The sales team has been very helpful throughout the process of choosing the right door and all the features that I was looking for. John fitted the door today and he has done an excellent job and gave helpful advice on how to maintain it. Without a doubt, I would recommend Doors4UK to friends and family.

We are thrilled with how this glass partition transforms the whole look of our home! I'm really grateful of the results as this is more than I was expecting! The doors arrived a bit earlier and we weren't ready for the installation yet, but Doors4UK store them in their warehouse (about 2 months) for free, until we finished which helped us a lot.

We bought a pair of French doors, fire rated with glazing back in June 2022, which included frame and hardware as well. This is the single most expensive investment we have made so far, excluding our property. The doors are well made and they look beautiful. However, as the cost of the doors was already over our budget, we choose the supply-only option to save some money. It turned out that we actually lost even more because the fitting team we dealt with didn't fit the doors properly. We got in touch with Doors4UK to ask for a site visit which we obviously had to pay and then they had to come again to re-fit them, which again cost us a lot.
Thankfully, the doors work perfectly now, and they look amazing, so we are happy with the purchase in the end.

Our conservatory partition and the kitchen door were both provided by Doors4UK and they are excellent.
Ana assisted with the initial process and was very patient as it took me some time to finish my order (we had to wait for the screed to be laid down, new flooring, etc..). We preferred to go with the full service they offered, including installation and I'm pleased we did so as the installation went smoothly, and the team was very professional and tidy. Installation and finishing took a little longer than expected, but everything else went smoothly.

I had to change the front door of my apartment, which had to match the rest of the flats in the complex. Doors4UK provided several options, and Katy from sales was very helpful. I wanted my new entrance door to meet the required specifications but also to be more secure than my old one. The fitting, door furniture and locks, all work and look perfect. The only thing that I wasn't expecting is that I had to buy the cylinder myself, even though I thought it was included in the door set. However, they explained that it was purely for security reasons. I initially felt the price was excessive, but I'm glad I didn't try to cut costs on this.

The final product is really good, and we are very happy with it. Looks amazing. There were some difficulties at the beginning that we had to solve (mainly regarding the opening dimensions and the ceiling reinforcements) but once sorted, everything ran smoothly.

Whenever I have a project that requires internal doors, I already know whom to rely on. Doors4UK has been the supplier for all my projects for a few years now and I am really happy with them. Although we had some delays and misunderstandings, they are easy to work with and have quality products.

I contacted them to do a repair to one of our bespoke doors, which I ordered a few years ago. It was a minor scratch that my youngest son did, and I must say that the team did a great job! We obviously paid the call-out charge because the doors weren't under warranty anymore, but I think it was a fair price. A big thank you to the office as well for good communication and to Eduard for reliability.

I am really satisfied with my new door; the installer was on time and did an excellent job; he was also very clean and tidy. If you want fantastic service, great items, and a professional staff, I would recommend Doors4UK.
