Disappointed
I ordered four doors from Doors & More website. The next day I received an email from Vibrant Doors confirming that the doors I ordered were out of stock. To be fair customer service did offer a refund but as the doors were going to be in stock imminently I decided to wait. I got an email from the delivery company to say they would be delivering on 24 Nov. When the doors arrived they were not the doors I ordered. I telephoned CS who were insistent that they were the doors I ordered. I had to be persistent and had proof that they were not the doors I ordered. After many phone calls they eventually agreed to collect them and refund. I got my refund on 12 Jan 26. When I initially ordered I thought I was going to get the doors I ordered in 5-7 days this did not happen. I was disappointed as this whole experience has put me off ordering large items on line.

Terribly unreliable delivery experience
Such a hopeless company in terms of their communications and delivery reliability. We ordered a substantial number of doors in late November for our home. Suffice to say, apart from the initial order confirmation email, you recieve zero communications about deliveries from this company. They've missed multiple promised delivery dates for our doors and handles, and we have to call them every time, because if they don't get the doors in on an anticipated shipment, or they are damaged and can't send them, they simply won't bother to contact your or update you on their anticipated arrival date. So we end up with our order coming through in dribs and drabs - when we chase them and find out what they have got and can partially ship, and now we envisage we will be waiting at least a further fortnight for another "pallet" to come into their warehouse and we play the guessing game as to if or when they might actually then be able to ship them to us - assuming we contact them repeatedly to try to find out, because unless we hear from a courier, we can assume that they haven't got them yet and the guessing/waiting game has to continue!!!

The dates provided are estimated and subject to change if shipments are delayed at the ports. We understand the frustration these delays may cause however the delays are outside of our control. As these items are supplied directly by our suppliers, we are not always informed of any delays, and often only receive updates when we contact them on your behalf. Watch out for the small print, customer service unhelpful
The LPD doors were good but I ordered some the wrong depth and wanted to exchange them. I was charged an exchange fee for a large amount, the costing has not been broken down and is apparently in the terms and conditions so I have to pay up. Not at all happy with the customer service at Doors and More

This charge is unfortunately what we are charged from LPD, we make no money on this, so we have no way around this if an exchange is required. Hi Umar, The doors were delivered on the 15th December with damage not being reported to us until the 7th January. We state on all order confirmations in bold red writing and within our terms and conditions that damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery taking place after this time claims may be rejected. Unfortunately as this was reported significantly outside of this time frame we were unable to take this claim any further. We can only apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

Doors but no hinges or handles
It Wasn’t made clear my order was going to be in two deliveries. I had all the emails for one delivery but nothing for the second it just randomly turned up. This was a big issue for me as I had arranged for trades to be on site ready to fit the doors but they wasn’t able to do this as there was no hinges. So this cost me a lot of time and money because the doors wasn’t able to be fitted and I still had to pay trades.
