Because of a misunderstanding on my partner I was not at home to receive the door. It was nevertheless delivered to my address and left in a safe place. Well done that delivery person!
The door and furniture have yet to be fitted but are exactly what I ordered.

Poor quality exterior door, that they have failed to replace. Delaminating. Keep saying in contact with supplier and completed forms about defect. Still no reply after constantly chasing for answers and a solution. Poor quality product and poor customer service. Be careful using this company

Doors, hinges and handles were for our house in Birmingham. The carpenter who fitted them for (a bit of a perfectionist) really rated them, good job.

Don't buy from them they are operating under multiple company names. I was unable to accept delivery missing items and damaged packaging. I rang them after waiting a long time for someone to speak to I cancelled the order and asked for a refund am still waiting days later. no-one is addressing the problem am going to have to resort to issuing a county court summons

My order was easy to place , I was kept informed every step of the way. Will definately use again and recommend to family and friends.

Bought 6 oak veneer internal doors. Good products for the price.
I wasn't expecting much for the free door furniture kits but pleasantly surprised at how good the quality of the handles and hinges were.
I gave 4 stars because the glazing bars on the Lincoln doors were not up to the quality of the rest of the door having knots and a some areas of grain discolouration.

Good quality doors. They could do with more lipping to help with non standard opening.

I can only give four stars rather than five as, having been given a day and time for delivery, it was actually delivered the prior day when I wasn’t home - the delivery driver, however redeemed this to a large extent by patiently waiting for me to respond to his phone calls stating he was at the property to deliver, unfortunately he wasn’t to know I’m deaf and cannot hear on phone, it was only when he texted that I was able to instruct him to take door to rear of property and leave in gated car port, which he was happy to do, and sent a picture showing door was safely positioned, which was good.
Other than delivery, I found the website easy and straightforward to order from, and contact with the company following placing order was always clear and concise.

I rang to order three doors to be told all was 'in stock' and ready for delivery - to then get an apology to say one was not in stock and would be available 22nd December. With great regret I cancelled the order and contacted Leading Doors who were able to send the doors within two days !.

Timely delivery and no damage. And also cheaper than i can get them trade so spot on
