I recently bought an internal door from Door Store. Same model I bought some years ago and really pleased with it. So glad they still carry the same model.
In terms of people I dealt with, thank you to both Marc , sales at Reading office who offered useful and good advice and also Richard, who delivered the door and was most helpful. Very professional team. Everything was done quickly and on time. Thank you.

We recently renovated a bungalow and went to The Door Store Newtownabbey branch for all our floors, doors and skirting boards. We received amazing customer service from David Owens - nothing was too much trouble and his help and advice was greatly appreciated. The quality of the products we purchased was superb and we are absolutely delighted! We also used their fitter Stephen Osborne and he was also amazing.

Great shopping experience at Newtownabbey door store. Great help and advise by a very patient Stuart for an indecisive shopper! Couldn't do enough to help. Very pleased with my purchases.

Not to be trusted! Ordered three doors paid for two standard doors and one fire door ended up with three standard doors so out of pocket having to source fire door from magnet. Sent message to company with no reply so have to take it further.

I had a great experience with the guys at Boucher Road and found the best prices for sure, I had been looking around various building merchants for some composite decking, and a friend had recommended the Door Store, I found them friendly and helpful, I dealt mainly with Ricky, I thought he was very helpful and provided great product knowledge,
I got my composite decking fitted in time for Xmas and it looks great, thanks again Ricky and all at the Door Store.

I absolutely love the doors Vancouver Urban Grey laminate doors they look fabulous in our refurbed bungalow.

Delivery as promised. Lovely door, very pleased.

Stay away. Door not the colour/shade as website shows. Spent £280(1xdoor 2xshipping) to be told because I had opened the packaging to see the door that they could not sell it on. Got offered £50 refund which I declined. Spoke to the seller who did not reply only to receive the refund in my account which I did not authorise. Stay away.
