Don't Trust Doppo Seguros
Vi Doppo Seguros online Estaba leyendo y calculo el seguro de mi coche, así que page online y no recibí notificación o email de agradecimiento que lo he pagado, intenté llamar a la agencia principal en Madrid me decían Lo siento, fue un problema en su pagina web y aplicación, así que le dije al tema en 2 días si el seguro debería estar activado. Dijeron que está bien, en 2 días obtienes tu seguro por correo electrónico, después dos días no obtuve mi seguro, llamé ellos dijeron que lo siento de nuevo y siguen perdiendo mi tiempo sin ningún seguro, así que contrate otro seguro en línea y fue tan rápido y correcto.
¡¡Todavía estoy esperando el reembolso hasta hoy !!
Así que esta compañía es un desastre total, NO confíes en ellos y estaba leyendo en Facebook que son una estafa total.
i saw Doppo Seguros online I was reading and I calculate the insurance for my car, so I pay online and I didn't get notification or thanks email that I have pay it, I tried to call the main agency in Madrid they were telling me sorry it was problem in their website and app, so I told theme in 2 days should the insurance should be on.. They said ok in 2 days you get your insurance via email, after two days I didn't get my insurance I called them they said sorry again and they keep loosing my time without any insurance so I went with other online insurance and it was so fast and correct.
I'm still waiting for the refund until today !!
So this company is total mess, DON'T trust them and I was reading in Facebook that they are total SCAM
