Although fast to reply and 'recover' the issue, there are so many issues that appear everyday with the system. There is rarely a reason or explanation for the issues and the service is very basic.

Everything has gone wrong. This is an appalling and pathetic system with numerous unexplained back end issues.
There is limited reporting and audit trail available requiring much manual reconciliation processes.
Examples:
Emails to tell people they have been moved from the wait list were sent 5 days after the class.
Class schedules are not is a friendly or viewable format on a web page and even worse on a mobile device.
Not able to see the number of people booked into a class.
Poor communication between dotbooker and the payment system.
No saving of card details.
Processing of credits around waitlist cancellations.
Lack of contact with clients through the system.

My experience working on Dotbooker has been exceptional. I had used Mind Body online before and one of the biggest issues was that I was unable to actually process payments through their system but I was referred to Dotbooker by a friend and I am so glad I changed my provider. My work has reduced significantly as its processing all my memberships and payments automatically and I just have to view the reports and help grow my business.

I also love their payroll tool which is much more powerful than Mindbody online and all the other systems I have used.
