Purchased 2 last minute tickets and they arrived the next day by recorded delivery ! Cheaper than face value too so really pleased. First time using Double8 and will definitely look again to see if they have any concerts or theatre tickets I need. Probably won’t leave it so late but if I do I know they’ll turn up ! Thanks for getting us to see Yes at the Royal Albert Hall - it was amazing ☺️

Paid £550 for two tickets for the Killers at the o2 Sunday 07/7 good seats.but charged £9.95 for posting tickets which were not posted but had to find via an email message one day before?

Bought 4 tickets for the F1 Grand Prix and paid £1800 for 4 tickets Thursday through to Sunday
We were continuously told the tickets were on there way, would be there today, then tomorrow, then in the next hour, then please find tickets attached on an email with no attachment from the owner of double 8 tickets Daniel Duran.
We arrived at Silverstone on Thursday 4th July as per our booking to be given every excuse under the sun, we had to arrange our own tent and camp site although paid for 2 supplied & pre erected tents without any access to any of the Friday practice sessions or Bands playing at the event not to mention qualifying & race day.
We spent the whole day Friday emailing, calling and messaging these muppets to try and arrange our entry without so much as a courtesy response to apologies, give an explanation or tell us we’ve scammed you now go home !!

We can only hope that this feedback will stop you from even contemplating using this company for tickets as they are full on crooks with no intention of coming through with what you’ve paid for.
I won’t get our money or wasted time back but I do take satisfaction in knowing I’ve prevented many more people being scammed.

My Shania Twain tickets were running late! I was stressed! But I had a follow
up call from a wonderful customer service person! Not only were my tickets going to
arrive in the BST app, but I was offered a free upgrade to VIP !!! It all worked out!! I’m so excited!! Phone is tricky but emails work! Thank you Double8tickets!!

Bought tickets for AC/DC on 19th April for Wembley playing on 3rd July. Advised that tickets will be sent 7-14 days prior….one day left before concert and no tickets. Cant get through on phone. £255 for a ticket plus £9.95 shipping??? Whats the shipping for? Cant get through to customer services on phone. Cant boom train or hotel until i have the tickets as dont want to waste a journey from Scotland and expenses . Very unhappy and will stick with ticketmaster in future

I bought 4 expensive tickets for Robbie Williams next saturday (purchased last December) . I have emailed Double8 6 times over last two weeks (no response whatsoever) and phoned them a similar amount ( they pride themselves on having a phone line but if it only ever says "we are too busy to talk to you , call back later" then it is useless and nothing to be proud of) so have no idea whether they are genuine or if the tickets will arrive. They are a present to my wife and we have guests flying in from abroad (unsure whether to tell them to cancel)
Frankly just not acceptable to accept thousands of pounds for tickets and then be too busy over several weeks to even be bothered to respond to the very simple question of "when/how will you be sending the tickets" ?

I've tried contacting double 8 numerous times via telephone and by email. I purchased Stevie nicks tickets earlier this year for July and I'm worried it's a scam as its first time using them. With getting no response it's making me worry more and what makes it worse the tickets aren't in my axs wallet.

Ordered 3 ticket in December, didn’t receive tickets until day of the show, only to be given 2 tickets! Said it was a clerical error!!
Didn’t offer an alternative other than a spare ticket somewhere else in the theatre, or tickets for the following week, but one of us weren’t available to go.
Not good enough!!!
This ruined our birthday surprise for one member of the party.
No offer of compensation ( we had also booked a meal in London beforehand)just a refund on one ticket. So now we had to accept just 2 tickets for the following weeks show, leaving one of our party being able to go!!
Will not be ordering and will be advising friends and family never to choose the company when Booking theatre tickets

What a fantastic night we had at the O2 seeing Olly Murs and Take That! Our seats were incredible!! Thank you Double Eight for delivering yet again!! You really are the only ticket agency I would ever use, you always deliver what you promise at very reasonable prices compared to other agencies .

Brilliant seats great price. Show was amazing. Tickets upgraded free of charge. Definitely recommend this company. Used loads of times.

I have bought 3 Olivio Rodrigo tickets for my daughters birthday surprise (Tier: Very Best Tiered Seats, Block 102 or 111 - Close to Stage! FIRST 15 ROWS - With Access to VIP Club Lounge Passes!) at London, O2 Arena on 14 May 2024. I have never used this company before and tried to contact via the phone to double check all is legit and how soon we should receive them but ahhh I cannot get through to the phone line (constant high call volume message). So currently waiting for suprise Bday tickets from this company - fingers crossed no problems! I'll update on here and amend my review accordingly. I sincerely hope it will be a positive experience and would be happy to give it 5 stars as such.

**Edit** An email with transfer details and phone call (by a very helpful friendly guy, helped alleviate fears of fraud) to confirm the tickets are in the AXS account - they are :) Brill service so far! Fingers crossed no access issues to the event

Had a prompt on mobile for Peter Kay London Arena last Thurs / looked at the link and two tickets for London show Saturday 20th April at £45 each + booking handling ( great seats not far from Stage,
Entry to Amex Lounge ( included ) great great service ( loaded the App AXS and in three hrs my two scan tickets were in the wallet ready ( I did make a call to the ticket company ( no waiting ) good friendly service ( 100% will use them again ) no need to go to others when you just want to be treated with great service and not a bogus company “ Tony ( Ware Hertfordshire

Bought tickets to see George benson, the concert has been cancelled and I haven’t received a refund. I have called, emailed and messaged on social media platforms and heard nothing back.

Used Double 8 to book 4 VIP tickets for the upcoming DBE concert at the O2 in London. Purchased online and today (1.5 weeks before the event) the tickets were transferred to my AXS account successfully.

Delighted with the service, called through and spoke to a lady about the tickets and delivery before this and could not be happier. Daughter is buzzing to attend. Thanks guys. Defo use again!!

Fab-u-lous!!!!

We ordered tickets for the strictly live tour, never having done it before. Didn't really understand what we were doing but I have to say the experience from start to finish was excellent.

Firstly, Double8tickets, highly rated in my opinion - we ordered seats for the Birmingham show, they offered us a free upgrade. This upgrade basically made the night for us, they put us right next to the dance floor, we didn't ask for the upgrade they just offered it to us!!! I'll definitely use them again without a seconds thought.

The night itself, brilliant made all the better by the free upgrade. We loved every moment. The event was staged, managed and controlled professionally, we couldn't have asked for more!!!

Top drawer, nothing more to say!!!

I bought tickets for Peter Kay at O2 in March 2024 as a Christmas gift for my husband but then realised a date clash. It took a while but Double8 called me to say they could swap the tickets for an alternative date. So grateful for this and impressed with such great service.

For the second year running Double8 have come through with front row tickets for the "Last Night" of the Strictly tour. Fabulous service and no anxiety over ticket promise.
My wife and I are looking forward to a glitterball experience thanks to these guys.
