I would like to say a really BIG thank you to Douglas Allen Epping Estate Agents for selling my house in LESS than TWO weeks!
Yes, the boys Luke, Ian and Adam all went over and above to let me know what was happening every step of the way.
Any questions I needed help with, they were there with their calm and easy manner putting me at ease.

We have used Douglas Allan Basilidon on many occassions, using them to buy and sell property.
We have recently sold a house. Greg Wade (manager) came to view the house and advised us on the value and selling options ( we had researched the prices locally and was glad that Greg valued it realistically ). the viewings were trouble free, and we were kept informed of all the offers. When we decided to accept an offer, Michelle Brown was very good at keeping us informed and was able to answer all our questions through to exchange.
Over all a pleasant and stress free experience again.

I was dealing with a very nice young lady called Phebi, who was really helpful and understanding and helped me a great deal. Despite the fact unfortunately i have found somewhere with another agent, would highly recommend the Basildon branch, and Phebi!

What a team! Greg, Luke, Chelsey and more all helped do a fab job with added smiles in getting my probate sale over the line. Thanks team for a very professional job well done.

We bought a property through this agency and our sales adviser was Aseena Young; She’s very professional, because she presented the property with enthusiasm and made us to understand all the benefits we can get if we’ll go ahead.We recommend the agency and the agent as she’s the best!

Pls avoid this estate agent in Epping Essex .we have had a very a bad experience with Douglas and Allen “they have treated us really bad they have lied to us and left us dangling on the other end when they had told us they had sold the property we wanted to buy and they excepted our offer at that time .Douglas and Allen done a dirty and kept that property we wanted to buy for some one else and made out it was sold it’s disgusting for them to treat us like this so pls do not get caught out with this agent Douglas & Allen Epping .it’s a warning to everyone .

Superb service provided by Ian, Tanya and Douglas Allen Epping Team! Cannot thank them enough for seeing us through to completion on the sale of our property. We had confidence and trust in all that was done. Ian and Tanya were brilliant, very helpful and kind, with great sense of humours. Patient when we had queries and reassuring to us when we had worries about it all working out. Selling and buying can be very stressful, but with Ian, Tanya and team working with you, they helped to make the process a bit less stressful. We put our trust and confidence in them and we were not let down! We have used Douglas Allen Epping in the past on a few occasions and we have always been more than satisfied with the service they provide from beginning to end and that’s why we still use them and will continue to do so if need be and highly recommend without hesitation. Natasha at the Wickford branch has been really great at keeping me updated from the start of my sale to the day of exchange. She has been brilliant at chasing up solicitors and buyer to keep the sale running smoothly and rang me to confirm my contract exchange within minutes of it happening and was as excited as I was! A real pleasure to work with this company and would highly recommend.

We felt really comfortable as soon as we met Jayden (Hornchurch Branch). He really helped with the selling of my mums property. He works with such professionalism but is also very kind, caring and honest. Nothing was too much trouble. He was always available, dealing with queries and concerns quickly and efficiently.
We would recommend Jayden to anyone selling their property. He is an asset to Douglas Allen.

I bought with them and have now sold with them 4 years later and Natasha has been incredible. She’s kept me sane through my stressful moments and has been on the ball throughout! I’m not sure I’d have got through it without her and she is an absolute asset and Douglas Allen are very lucky to have her on their team! Whatever she is paid, she needs a pay rise! 🤣
Jokes (or not even joking) aside, she is honestly incredible!

Very good customer service from the lead agent - Lucy (Chadwell heath). She was persuasive, knowledgeable and honest about the sale. She always made herself available and provided insightful advice.

Ian was extremely helpful and found my wife and I the perfect property within our budget. We were trying unsuccessfully to find a house in Epping when she spoke to Ian. He listened to our requirements and budget and suggested a few properties, one of which I was not interested in. Over the following weeks Ian kept suggesting we visit this property, as it had everything we wanted and more. Eventually I agreed to go if only to stop him going on about it. I walked into the house and could not believe the space downstairs, by the time we saw the first floor we decided it was the home we were looking for. The process of selling and buying property is never straight forward, but Ian and the team were very supportive and good communication made the process less stressful than we anticipated.

Poor sales negotiators and the inability to return calls meant that Douglas Allen was a no go for me. There were plenty of other reasons too like inflexibility when trying to do a short term contract and a sales fee that had no flexibility were the main reasons I chose not to go with them.

I had a great experience with Jodie T and Joanna M in getting a beautiful house to stay, they were always updating on the process and also made the experience smooth and easy to complete and also love the welcoming home pack received. I would definitely recommend Douglas Allen
