Was an enjoyable visit. Staff to hand but not pushy, happy to let us browse but offered help and asjed if we wanted the samples to be moved around to compare. Pleasant experience and would reccomend.

Luke and Nick laminate for me. They came on time. They completed the work to a high standard and very efficiently. The end results looks great and I am very pleased with it!

Great experience with Chris Karolis at the Enfield Store. We were looking for a Bedroom Carpet and he was so helpful. Advised us on the offers and gave us a quote on the options. We went ahead with the order and again he advised us on what happens next.

Mike levelled our uneven floor before fitting the laminate. He was extremely professional and we would definitely use him again. Thankyou for making a really poor floor look amazing!

Great service salesman knew exactly what we wanted. I hate shopping but he made it a price of cake, brilliant! Now looking forward to having my carpet fitted so excited yayyy 🤣🤣

We moved home and went to carpet right for a measuring and fitting.
They came to measure the flooring the same day which was great, I was told my carpets would be fitted the day before move in day, the day came and no sign of them.. apparently they told me someone in the company shop changed our fitting date to the following week. I was not happy as I have children who had to walk on bare floor.
They came the following day. They removed the bedroom doors and did not place them bk on. My daughters bedroom carpet did not fit her room. So they placed a cut off in the gaps and i was told to cover it with bedroom furniture. I am absolutely disgusted, I payed good money for this and I get treat like it was for free.

Went ito store in Hemel Hempstead picked out 2 lots of flooring arranged for them to come and measure up stayed in all day nobody turned up or phoned, This could have been a massive order as needed whole house doing, needless to say they wont get this order

The fitters Came at 10 O`clock to fit my floor,i left them too it,simple job i thought,I was wrong.They said they had finished,when I went into my kitchen to see their handy work,the kick boards where on the floor,I said are you going to put them back?The fitter said he did not have a plain and that i could do it myself.Next problem was the underlay which needs to be layed down underneath the Tegola their was`ent any under many parts,which created an uneven floor.Next the mastic seal round the edges was not finished and a door was just hanging by two screws,so not very happy experience.

My wife and I went to Storey Carpets based in Clough Road, Hull to look for a replacement carpet for our Hall/Landing & Stairs. It made a real change not to be jumped on by a sales adviser as soon as we walked thru the door before being allowed to peruse the sample books. When we found something suitable we asked for help and they were so efficient and polite. We actually bought a carpet they recommended after seeing the type of carpet we were interested in. Brilliant service and a very very competitive price, highly recommend a visit.
