DPD drivers say they tried to get in…
DPD drivers say they tried to get in touch with you to make the delivery but they never even called. This is pathetic customer service. For the face of the company they sure pick a bunch of lazy ones. If this was the first time I'd say it might be a lad struggling with the intricacies of mobile phone management or some other technological issue, BUT this is the third or fourth time now they mark the delivery with a message saying they "tried" but "couldn't get in touch". Pathetic. I made sure to be home to recieve this package and nothing came in. Tried the help section on their "nifty" website, and nothing works so here we are writing reviews. Nothing they can do now will put that package in my hand...hire lazy liars and this is what you get. NOT TO BE TRUSTED! STOP USING DPD IF YOU'RE A COMPANY TRYING TO DELIVER GOOD SERVICE!
