Can only trust ye with small items
Can only trust ye with small items, either this sometimes will be left outside the door without ringing the doorbell.
Big bulky ones heard a lot of excuses not to be delivered. One time was lost (wouldn’t know if tried to be delivered or not) didn’t contact us to let us know what have happened. One time I think maybe was waiting for others to be delivered in same time as ours (which is fine if there’s communication)But then website saying delivery takes only 5-7 days. Sorry but everytime I order online I’ll make sure to look who’s delivering my items and preparing myself when I know it’s DPD. Sorry had mostly bad experience with ye.

The latest delivery was delivered to a business address but we regularly have home deliveries and never have any issues.
Both drivers are our regular drivers and are great. Quick delivery as well.
