Called out DPF fixes, whose name was given to me by a relative who had received a good job.
I have a 2.2 L Citroen relay van on a 2015 plate, That went into limp mode, and gave me a DPF fault.
However, the engineer from DPF Fixer came out and did his pre-clean diagnostics to confirm that the issue is Dpf related and not another underlying problem and carried on with his clean. Approximately one hour later, he rang the doorbell to inform me that everything had been done and showed me his readings to confirm. Not that that meant a lot to me. The following day, the van went back into limp mode with the same problem, Dpf, I then contacted the technician/engineer to tell him what happened and between us and the office. We arranged another meeting a week later. He came out and probably spent 30 minutes with me and said that the DPF was clear. And there was no other faults showing on his computer. The following day the van went into limp mode again same problem. I then contacted two garages who informed me without even looking at the van, that would it be an issue with the vaporiser being blocked . I booked my van in With one of the garages, who then sorted it out for the sum of £586. Inc job done , my problem with your company is that you have done very little for your £538, In truth, you have done nothing for me whatsoever.

I would not recommend you at all to anyone else and would say to them to go to a traditional garage where you have mechanics working for you and not staff that are obviously not mechanics.

The communication was poor, as your technician didn’t arrive when he said he would, didn’t reply to my calls and texts, and the office were equally unhelpful.
Like others have said, I wish I had done my homework first.

MAN Trucks tried to charge me in the region of £2,500.00 + VAT to get this job done on my vehicle. I reached out to the internet and found DPF Fixer. I called them spoke to Jason on the sales team who confidently guided me though the service and the process. I booked for £599.00 + VAT. Today their engineer Andras attended, exactly on time and the whole process was completed in 2 hours and 10 minutes. I would thoroughly recommend using this company. Had an engineer come out yesterday, to fix my dpf on my toureg, happily took a 150 deposit didnt mention it wasnt refundable! said theyve got a review of 99.8% success rate! Stop It! He was here 10 minutes said he couldnt do anything! Also said ring the office for a full refund as the job hasnt been completed...so i did ring got a rude operator on the phone who basically told me to kiss your 150 goodbye...then recieved an email this morning to say the deposit was for the engineers time and travel for fuel!..give over...!! I HAVE NOW GOT SOMEONE HERE who have also said there con artists!, dont know what theyre doing or talking about!....please avoid at all costs! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST! Make sure your going to a reputable company who know what theyre doing.

Just 4 stars only because I had left my work van home for an appointment that was ultimately cancelled late in the day and rescheduled for the next day. Otherwise they were great. Teymur came to the house and was knowledgeable and polite. He diagnosed the problem and completed the DPF clean. I would use DPF Fixer again if I had a similar problem

I would leave zero stars if this was an option.
I had to take my vehicle for a second opinion after DPF fixer had already cleaned my DPF twice. Only to be told that the this company had forced the vehicle to believe that the DPF had been replaced which it had not and also no regen had ever taken place as it was not possible due to the fault on the van. No truthful information was ever shared with me just lies advising that everything was ok, which was far from the truth. The report they supplied me with does not have my vehicles details even the year of the registration plate is wrong. I have asked for a refund which the company has declined. I have given them 5 days to resolve and then I will be referring my case to the Motor Ombudsman and Trading Standards - do not use.

Had my dpf cleared back in December, I was worried that even though I paid £400 that I will get the same issue... when I spoke the the customer advisor he re assured me that if the issue came back they will resent out a engineer to fix in if it's within the month. When the engineer came he gave me a list of faults with the car. About a week after the engineer came I was getting the same issue, when I ended up giving a call, they refused to come out again because they said I didn't fix the issues that the engineer gave (the issues would have cost a lot of money which I didn't have), I feel like I was sold a dream when I spoke to the customer advisor. If he had told me the situation straight I would not have spend over £400 on this service.

Excellent same-day service. Baz, the technician, was very helpful. My van was not drivable. He cleaned the DPF and also fixed the underlying issue that caused it to block in the first place. I’m very happy with the service and can highly recommend DPF Fixer.

They came out to clean my DPF, they did a full health check which was clear apart from the regen frequency, all sensors reading ok confirmed by there report, i now have a soot mass sensor fail after the clean which they have refused to replace the sensor after the clean caused this issue, they have left me with an undrivable van, absolutely heartbroken and out of pocket due to this company, they have offered a revisit but still claim that this fault was there before which i have the report to say it was clear !!! yes they revisted and said it was working correctly !!!! an absolute lie! the DPF is now off the van and sent away, it is not clear and the procedure they use is wrong, you should take the particulate matter sensor out before forcing 2 litres of fluid through the system, still without a van over a month later and further bills, Beware they take no responsibility for anything and talk crap down the phone to you !!!!!!!

Had Ashley arrive promptly...very polite and extremely knowledgeable.. diagnostic test found it wasn't the DPF, told me exactly what was wrong and how to go about fixing it.. would have absolutely no problem recommending this company, and Ashley for any future problems .

Called on Wednesday and Ashley visited my work place on Friday. He couldn't have been more helpful, fully explained the process and what would happen. Made him a brew and left him to it. 1.5 hours later all issues resolved. He fully explained the follow up process and what to do. Absolute credit to your company. Top Man Ashley
