Very good product for price value. Arrived in 3 days, manual says 20 minutes installation time but took me few hours. At the end, what I expected.

Fast shipping, the table came in two different packages of which we received one before the weekend and the other on Monday. Great quality and exactly as shown in images. Easy to put together also. No complaints whatsoever!

The chair was much smaller than expected and the instructions for building it were vague. Although it probably is a decent chair for those <170cm I will be returning it. It did arrive quickly and in good condition to be fair.

I liked everything about the experience. The product description and the comments were helpful. I used the chat option for questions and was attended very well. The delivery was quick and the package for the desk which i ordered was very strong and protected the product ! The desk itself was easy to assemble and i consider it to be of a very good quality, matching the price. The only improvement for me personally would be to have the paypal payment option. But it is just a nice to have.

Express delivery, arrived before forecasted date. The chair looks very surdy, the materials feel like they are quality. You can set the chair in many ways which is good. Good back support and very stable and confortable upright sat position. I like it so far (it has been a week :-)).

The shipment was delayed by 1 day. We have arranged for someone at home to wait for the shipment but only on the day of delivery around 8am then we got a message about the delay! Waste of effort.

Packaging was very thorough and safe. Desk looks great and was not predrilled, which gave me a good excuse to get a new drill 😉

I have a very poor experience with the table that I ordered. The manual was not clear and I connected the table leg incorrectly, when I tried to disassemble the part the screw broke and I can do nothing with that. I contacted the support team they told me that I can file the complaint, but the portal did not work and they could not fix it. To have my table I had to purchase additional compartments for 70 euros. But this also did not go smoothly. After a week of waiting I contacted support again asking about the status of my new order, and they replied that it was not paid. After I sent them a receipt from my banл account they found the payment in the system.
Overall the quality of the table is not sufficient for the price and i regret that i purchased it

Fast received lamp, beautiful and works well

The table looks nice after assembly and has a good price. The table top was slightly chipped during delivery but when I contacted customer service, they answered quickly and offered to send a replacement. The only thing that can be improved is the installation manual. The images of the different screws was too small to tell apart and it took me a while to find the correct screws for each step.

Really good experience. Desk was as described and quick delivery.

Delivery was screwed up.
Driver called to tell me he'd be there in 4 minutes. Rushed home, got there within 10 min, no driver there. and also not after 10 more minutes. Drove back to the office.
