Have purchased a few drakebox tuning box's in the past But have to say that whilst they give excellent performance and fuel economy the company is total sh,t to the point I seriously doubt it exists There Is No Customer service No contact that works emails come back undelivered this is the last box I will purchase from them TOTAL SH,T COMPANY DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY 😭

Not even worth the one star!
Installed Drake box, after couple hundred meter test drive it already gave a warning for motor damage with a red stop message .
Contacted Customer service doesn't respond to any mails, also helpdesk on the site is just a bot . Company is a scamm!!!!!!
Lost all my money to this scamm of a company!!!

Crap company, crap product, crap and no customer service, crap and no communication never responds, and overall crap at everything. BEWARE from SCAMMERS they take your money and run.

I have used drake box's before and was always more than pleased.
Just bough a new one, does it give extra power? Yes but the controller is faulty.
Customer services ? Do they exist? They advertise 2 year guarantee but can't raise them at all.

Guys you need to pull your finger out, always used to be good. What happened???

I've paid nearly £400 for drake box & a qualified auto electrician who I took it to said wasn't compatible 😈 & can't seam to be able to make contact with drake box I've sent emails wrote on review page few times sent Facebook messages & still no reply absolute joke of a company also rang few times just says send email

This has to be the slickest offshore operation for placing order, taking money and speed of delivery, but then reality sets in. Instructions for install are rubbish, absolute crap, virtually useless. Customer service and response is the worst I have ever experienced, took months and countless service requests before I finally got responses, which were not helpful. Ultimately, after all this, does it operate as described, answer; NO. No distinguishable improvement in performance and actually uses more fuel than before. This is a CON, DON’T buy! It is cheap it is useless and it is worthless.

Very fast and efficient at despatching my order after taking my money, but they supplied the wrong cable even tho the invoice showed the correct one,
Have sent countless emails with photos of incorrect cable, rang countless time to listen to a useless answer machine, looked up the business address on google earth, its a house in an obscure country community, pretty but that’s all!! Totally useless service and follow up with zero contact response, don’t buy Drakebox

Poor comunication I buy one chip but my account shows to chips. I tried to install, and the cables are incorrect. NOT BUY DRAKE BOX, NOT RESPOND, I call and write and e mail and a computer response with a record.

The box didn't work and sent it back to the seller. The assistance of the website is really minimum and communication poor. At the end after big furstation and waiting and swearwords and no answers from their side I received the refund anyway.

Have never ever had such a bad experience with a internet company before. Chip for my car arrived 5 weeks after ordering. Didnt work at all !!
Even had it checked at proffesional car shop, and still didnt work.
Made deal with Drakebox in Italy to ship it back to them, for a full refund.
Paid 35 Euro to ship it back to them. Never saw the 35 Euro again, and never saw the 159 Euro I paid for the chip either.
